MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 (10.16). The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.3 and Fig.4 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . A warranty for 5 / 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A and Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.

Providing and fixing Retro Reflective MMGSY / PMGSY LOGO informatory sign board with Logo as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circuler and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Two Plates of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The Lower plate will be of 4mm ACP of 1100x300mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of Both the plates will be welded to a 75mm x75mmx 12swg Mild steel post at / Tube Centre and this post will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level. The spacing between the diamond shaped plate and Lower Plate is kept 150mm. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no.
