FIRE DOOR : Fire Check door Design and Supply of Approved Make Fire Metal Door fabricated and Successfully Tested at BFRC. Mysore in both direction satisfying two criteria (Stability and Integrity) conforming to BS:476 Part II, IS 3614 Part II as per schedule of requirements, complete with shutters, frames, hinges, conforming to design intent. All Fire Doors must conform to the requirements of fire authority having jurisidication and as per prototype tested by approved fire testing agency acceptable to fire authority having jursodoction. Door Shutter and Frame to have all hardware preparations must be pre punched at the factory for fixing of said hardwares. Door Frame : Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 120 minutes: 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.0 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving approprate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames will be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasterners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening as per architectural drawing and specifications and instructions including necessary hardware, cutting, welding, grinding and finish the door with approved powder coating, finishing and cleaning etc. completed. Door Shutter : Door leaf shall be 120 minutes : 50 mm fully flush double skin door. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.9 mm thick steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The shutter shall have stiffeners and Doors shall be factory prepped for receivig appropriate hardware and provided with necessary rainforcement for hinges, locks and door closers. Finish: Frames and Shutters shall be Powder Coated with approved RAL Shades.
