The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having constructed Pile Jetty in Creek or Sea, construction of Bridge with Pile Foundation in Creek or Sea, or standing water or in tidal conditions. The required experience is as follows: - Three completed similar works, each not less than Rs. 16,80,00,000/- - Two completed similar works, each not less than Rs. 21,00,00,000/- - One completed similar work, not less than Rs. 33,60,00,000/- Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed in any one year of the last five years, the following minimum quantities of work: - Providing and laying M25 grade and above grade concrete for 600mm dia. Pile & above: 392.00 Rmt - Providing and placing Structural steel: 80.00 MT - Providing and placing reinforcement steel: 260.00 MT - Providing and laying M25 and above grade Cement Concrete for RCC cast in situ: 300.00 Cum - Providing and laying M25 and above grade precast Cement Concrete for RCC: 150.00 Cum The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 15,75,00,000/- or more in any of the last five years at the price level of 2024-2025. The bidder must submit the experience of having successfully completed in any one work with any government agency, PSU, Private ports under BOT, DBFOT, PPT or any other scheme during the last 5 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have completed works with a value of at least Rs. 16,80,00,000/- for three completed works, or Rs. 21,00,00,000/- for two completed works, or Rs. 33,60,00,000/- for one completed work. The bidder is required to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The bidder should have completed at least 25% of the work as a prime contractor.
