ITEM NO.4 : Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in hard rock and concrete road by chiselling, wedging, line drilling by mechanical means or by all means other than blasting including trimming and levelling the bed,removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the area and lifts as below, stacking as directed by Engineer-in-charge, normal dewatering,excluding backfilling, etc. complete by all means. ITEM NO.5 : Filling in plinth & floors murrum 'bedding in trenches with murum brought from outside murrum for bedding 15cm. to 20 cm layers including watering & compaction etc complete

ITEM NO.6 : 'Lowering laying and jointing in proper grade and alignment R.C.C. pipes with collar joints in CM 1:1 proportion or socketed R.C.C. pipes with rubbar joints ( excluding cost of rubber ring or R.C.C. collor ), including cost of conveyance from stores to site of works, cost of jointing material, labour, giving hydraulic testing, etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge 300 mm Dia. R.C.C. Pipe NP -III - Rubber Ring Joint

ITEM NO.7: Providing and constructing on sewer, B.B. masonry circular manhole with concentric cone 1.2 M dia. at bottom and 0.5 M dia. at top and upto a depth of 2.00 M with 23 cm brick work in CM 1:4 proportion excluding excavation including foundation concrete 250 mm thick and haunches and channels in C.C. 1:2:4 proportion, finishing channels in smooth rendering, providing C.I. dapuri type steps each weighing 5.5 kg., 1:2:4 coping and providing and fixing approved make and quality S.F.R.C. frame and cover of 56 cm dia. etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ITEM NO.8: Providing and constructing on sewer, B. B.masonry circular manhole concentric cone 1.5 M dia. at bottom and 0.5 M dia. at top and upto a depth of 5.00 M with 23 cm brick work, upto depth of 2 M from top and 35 cm thick brick work for balance depth in CM 1:4 proportion with 20 mm thick smooth plaster on both sides in CM 1:2 proportion excluding excavation including foundation concrete 250 mm thick and haunches and channels in C. C. 1:2:4 proportion, finishing channels in smooth rendering, providing C.I.dapuri type steps each weighing 5.5 kg., 1:2:4 coping and providing and fixing approved make and quality S.F.R.C. frame and cover of 56 cm dia. etc. complete as directed by Engineerin-charge.'Depth - 2.50 M

ITEM NO.9 : Refilling the trenches with available excavated stuff with soft materials first over pipe line and then hard materials in 15cmLayers with all leads and lifts including consolidation,surcharging etc. complete.

ITEM NO.10 :Disposing of excavated stuff from site 'of work to any place which is within a lead of 5 Km as directed by Engineer in charge

ITEM NO.11 : Providing & laying in situ following grade of C.C. of trap /granite /quartzite/ gness metal for foundation and bedding including metal for foundation and bedding necessary dewatering formwork compacting including curing finishing......etc comp.. 1 ;2 : 4 ( M-150 Grade ) with 12 to 20 mm metal

ITEM NO.12 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 'specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including 'spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and 'camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding 'Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and 'compacting with Vibratory roller. to the required density. By 'Mechanical Means - Grading I (Using Screening Type A (13.2) mm 'Aggregate)

ITEM NO.13:- 'Providing and constructing 75 mm. thick Modified Penetration 'Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the 'existing road surface, spreading 40 mm. stone metal layers 30% 'crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken (by breaking rubble 'obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of specified 'grade @ 2 Kg/sqm, spreading 12 mm.size chips compacting with three 'wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired 'degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc.'complete. Including picking of existing WBM surface. (VG-30 bulk 'bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

ITEM NO.14: Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete.
