Item No. 1: Providing services for maintaining regular water supply to all areas under Wadali Zone by operating sluice valve @ ESRs & all necessary valves on distribution system relared to ESR with watching & guarding including maintaining levels of ESRs, operation of valves in such a way that water should be supplied equally to all the consumers in the zone residing at low as well as higher levels, including taking OT test at ESR and at consumer end, maintaining day to day record of levels at ESR and OT test, helping in outstanding recovery of water charges. The contractor / agency shall keep the premises of ESR clean & neat by cutting shrubs, grass, bushes etc, attending complaints of consumer regarding water supply, maintaining record there of, collecting water sample at ESRs and various places in zone, at Consumer end & submitting it to Govt. laboratory for testing, keeping day to day record of water sample testing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
