Item No.4 : a) Providing ,supplying erecting & testing CI double flange sluice valve, PN 1.6, Glandless without bypass of 250 mm dia. confirming for IS- 14846 including worn gear arrangements as per test pressure, stainless steel spindle, caps, transportation upto departmental store, unloading, stacking excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete & as per detailed spacification.

b) Providing ,supplying erecting & testing of ISI mark CI D/F reflux valves (non-return valves ) of 250 mm dia. PN 1.6 Reflux valves as per I.S.5312 Part I (1984) & as per detailed spacification

c) Providing ,supplying erecting & testing of ISI mark CI D/F reflux valves (non-return valves ) of 500 mm dia. Reflux valve for RM -PN 1.6 as per I.S.5312 Part I (1984) & as per detailed spacification

d) Providing ,supplying erecting & testing Kinetic Double Orifice type Air Valves 100 mm dia PN 1.6 confirming to IS 14845 as per MJP's standard specifications combined with screw down isolating valve, small orifice elastic ball resting on a gun metal orifice nipple, large orifice vulcanite ball seating on moulded seat ring, inlet face and drilled, including insurance, third party inspection charges, loading, unloading, transportation upto departmental stores, excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete.& as per detailed spacification

Item No.5 : Providing, erecting and commissioning M.S. Dismantling joint of following sizes as per requirement and Department's approved drawing and specifications, including machining and rubber rings and suitable for 16 kg/cm2 working pressure with required flanges of suitable size with nut bolts etc complete. The joint should have through long bolts so that during normal working pressure there should be no sliding movement of sliding flanges. L.O.F. ( length over flange ) should not be less than 75% of dia. & as per detailed spacification.250 mm dia

Item No.6 : Providing, erecting,comissioning & Testing electric Valve actuators 250 mm dia totally enclosed, weather-proof and dust proof construction with IP-67, protection class suitable for installation in any position without lubrication, leakage or other operational difficulty with special grease filled gear box and hand wheel for emergency manual operation which will automatically dis-engage on restoration of power to motor and with 10 watt single phase space heater and continuous local mechanical position indicator and individually replaceable counter gear assembly and with two torque and four limit switches with S.S. flap and operated with gear driven cams and of rating 250 Volt, 5 Amp, AC/DC, torque switch dial and with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor working on 440 Volts +/- 10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC of intermittent duty rating S-2, insulation class "F" and temp rise restricted to class "B" with IP - 67 protection class suitable for DOL starting and with three thermostat and 30% over load margin. The torque rating of reduction gear box shall be atleast 1.5 times max. torque required for opening and closing of valve with integral starter for ON & OFF operation & as per detailed spacification

Item No.7 : Providing, erecting and commissioning single girder Electrically Operated Rectangular Over head Travelling Crane with 6 m lift complete with wire rope hoist, class II duty, all three motions electrically operated by suitable rating motor IP 54, control panel and down pendant control block. with TPI and with D.S.L. (Down Shop Lead) system for above crane Add Rs. 2383/- per m length of longitudinal travel. 5 MT ( upto 9 m span)

b)Providing, erecting and fixing square bar of E N 8 as rail for overhead crane.as per detailed specification 50 x 50 mm (EN 8)

Item No.8 : Providing , erecting and commissioning, industrial Cubical type control panel board with TPI and as per detailed specification.

Item No.9 : Supplying ,erecting ,commissioning & testing of 125 kVAr, 440 V 3 phase, 50 Hz., contactor logic 8 intilligent relay micro APFC passive filter panel, consisting of suitable steps of APP type capacitor units with harmonic filter reactors with TPI & as per detailed specification.

Item No.10 : Providing, erecting and giving test and trial of vertical hollow shaft motor 1500 RPM, squirrel cage induction motor,conforming to IS 12615, class IE3 premium, having continuous rating suitable for operation at 415 Volts +/-10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz +/-5% with "F" class insulation temperature rise limited to class "B" insulation & as per detailed spacification ( Min 200 HP)

Item No.11 : Providing, erecting, commissioning & Testing of fully automatic operated starter, floor mounted oil immersed auto transformer with 50%, 65% & 80% tapping suitable for 200 H.P. as per detail specification attached. (Air break contractor 400/200/200Amp) with third party inspection

Item No.12 : Providing, erecting,terminating XLPE / PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor of following sizes 1100 V grade cable as per detailed specification attached.(a)  Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 3½ core 400 sq. mm. aluminium conductor with continuous 12.97 sq. mm. (8 SWG) G.I. earth wire complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/AL from Transformer to Main Panel

(b)  Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 3 core 300 sq. mm. aluminium conductor with continuous 5.48 sq. mm. (12 SWG) G.I. earth wire complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification from panel to starter & starter to motor

(c)  Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 3 core 120 sq. mm. aluminium conductor with continuous 5.48 sq. mm. (12 SWG) G.I. earth wire complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/AL from panel to apfc panel

d) Supplying and erecting armoured 4 core x 2.5 sq mm Copper conductor PVC insulated, armoured cable with ISI mark stranded / solid copper conductor 1.1 kV grade complete erected on wall / panel or in provided trench in an approved manner.

6) Supplying and laying (including excavation of suitable width & depth up to 90 cm) 120 mm outside dia. double wall corrugated pipes (DWC) of HDPE for enclosing cable below ground/road surface, to required depth complete.

Item No.13 : Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning 3 phase,11/0.433 kV, 50 Hz., 250 kVA, oil immersed and naturally cooled outdoor type, copper wound transformer, delta/star connected with additional neutral brought out on load side, temperature rise should not Exceed 40oC by thermometer in oil and 45oC by the resistance in winding at full load rating, with HV tapping (with off load tap changer) off load +5 to -10 in steps of 2.5%, with standard accessories complete with test certificate with losses below 980 Watts at 50% load, 2930 Watts at 100% load as per IS:1180 - 2014 energy efficiency level II, with necessary permissions of Electrical Inspector, as per specification no SS- TR.

Item No.22 : Providing, fabricating iron work & structural steel of ISMB, Channels,ANGLES, M.S.FLATS, CHEQUARED PLATE, etc complete. including cutting, bending, welding and painting as per detailed specification.
