Operation of Passenger Lifts during office hours, to ensure smooth & safe operation of lifts, regular housekeeping of the lifts, providing cleaning services whenever required. The operation of Lifts shall be carried out by deploying Well experience Lift Operators. The operation of lifts is from 9.00 AM to 19.00PM. daily. Providing alternative operator during Lunch Time. The item includes cost of all material required for housekeeping of Lift, Lift Floor, Lift Matting, etc. Operating DG set whenever MSEDCL power supply off, to put the Lifts in Operation in full swing.

Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance of Lifts to ensure smooth & safe operation of lifts, by regular testing of all electrical parts, Wire rope, Lift panel Board. Providing emergency breakdown services whenever required. Providing all necessary electrical &Electronic spare parts, high grade lubricants, Heavy Duty V-Belts, Wire Ropes including replacement all damaged lights, cables, panel boards, wires, ELCB, MCB. Kitkats, fan etc as per the instruction of Engineer-in charge Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance of Lifts to ensure smooth & safe operation of lifts, by regular testing of all electrical parts, Wire rope, Lift panel Board. Kitkats, fan etc as per the instruction of Engineer-in charge.

Electrical Inspectors fee & Liaison with PWD Electrical wing, for the inspection of Passenger Lifts. After inspection, the points raised by Electrical Inspector has to be complied by the agency. No extra payment shall be issued by MIDC. After compliance, it is the responsibility of the agency to up the Passenger Lifts in operating condition. After submission of Passenger Lift Inspection Reports to MIDC office, payment of this item shall be released.
