The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Completion of a single work costing not less than Rs. 164.00 lakhs during any of the last five financial years in a Govt/Semi Govt. Organization or Local bodies. - Alternatively, the total cost of two works of Class Furniture-I-II costing to Rs. 229.00 lakhs during any of the last five financial years in a Govt/Semi Govt. Organization or Local bodies. - Another option is the total cost of three works of Class Furniture-I-II costing to Rs. 261.10 lakhs during any of the last five financial years in a Govt/Semi Govt. Organization or Local bodies. The bidder should also have work experience certificate for work costing not less than 50% of the tender cost, updated at 10% per annum. The annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than 75% of the annual cost of the work. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 25% of the contract value. The work experience certificate should be for works costing not less than 50% of the tender cost, and the value of work will be updated using factors such as 1.1, 1.21, 1.33, 1.46, and 1.61 as the case may be.
