Cleaning of whole Built up area of new Office Building including stilt level , first floor , second floor , third floor and terrace area , common area , utility area , front and back side open space , within office Building Plot premises on all working days , including cleaning and sweeping all areas of cabins , hall , entrances, wash room , toiletories of Building , cleaning of tables tops , chairs , work stations furniture , cupboards , doors , windows etc complete within the building including necessary manpower and material. The work includes sweeping the surrounding area of office building , service road cleaning , filling overhead water tank during supply , cleaning drainage lines etc.Material supply like Air Freshners , Urinal Cubes , soap , duster , towel , napkines , brooms , detergent powder , dustbins , buckets , liquid soaps etc. The manpower should be in uniform . The item includes all manpower with insurance , material with all taxes , duties and tools / plants etc complete. (Rate Excluding GST)

Providing all men and material and equipment‘s for cleaning and washing of external curtain walls as per direction of Engineer In Charge . The manpower should be in uniform . The item includes all manpower with insurance , material with all taxes , duties and tools / plants etc complete. The rate shall be for cleaning of glass at least once in a month and wherever required as per instruction of Engineer In Charge. (Rate Excluding GST)
