Providing and fixing 3mm - 4mm thick group matching Decorative Veneer of approved quality and make, of required size and width as per site condition including surface preparation pasting with approved adhesive and finishing it evenly to get flat surface. The cost of openings for switches, AC Facia, any other cutout etc. shall be included in the rates quoted. complete as per detail drawing & directions by Architect. No extra payment will be made towards providing any pattern .The item includes finishing the surface with 3 or more coats of melamine polish as per the direction by Architect. (Rates excluding GST)

Storages Providing & fixing in position 460 mm deep storage / Wardrobe unit along with partitions etc with 1) sides,top,bottom shelves made out of 19 mm marine plywood for all inside surfaces 2)6 mm thk. marine ply backing panels 3) Shutters made out of 19 mm thick block board finish with material & 6 mm thick teakwood leaping with egde moulding of approved profile if any shall be provided in all exposed plyedge surfaces& be finished withmelamine polish.4) Finish 1mm thk laminate inside & 1.5mm thk laminate out side, hardwares such as heavy duty hinges, brass body locks(Elpro make) with extra large group key of approved quality, magnetic ball catchers, handles, towerbolt etc. All exposed woodwork to be finished with 3 coats of melamine polish & all internal surface finished with 1 mm thk laminate. The exposed surfaces shall be finished with 1.5 mm thk. laminate of approved shade & colour. All as per detailed drgs and instructions of EIC / Architect (Rates excluding GST)

Providing and fixing 34 mm thick moulded door shutter consisting of solid core single leaf flush door of 30 mm thickness lipped with 15 mm ( 5mm x 3) thick x 30 mm width on one style and top rail and 10 mm (5mm x 2) thick x 30 mm width on other style and bottom rails. The inner panels laminated with 2 mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC sheet with 2,4,6 design in different plain and /or prelim colours on one side after routing the moulded design on flush doors and 2 mm plain and /or pre lam PVC on other side using rubber adhesive on flush door and solvent cement adhesive on the PVC lipping etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge and manufacturers specification and drawing etc. complete.

Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint of approved quality, colour and shade to new surface in three coats including scaffolding, preparing the surface. (excluding primer coat) etc. complete.

Providing and applying Royale Luxury Emulsion of approved make on internal wall surface as detailed below Scrapping for surface with emery paper and wipe clean for area. wall primer with brush by adding mineral turpentine oil by 8 to 10 % or water by 15 to 20% allowing to dry for 6 to 8 hoursAfter applying acrylic wall putty with appropriate prpportion of water of allow to dry for period of 4 to 6 hours of activity. Scrapping with emery paper and wipe clean Applying paints Royale Luxury emulsion 1st coat with brush water content water 40 to 45% or 65 to 70% by role Applying paints Royale luxury emulsion 2nd coat with brush with water content 40 to 45% or 65 to 70 % by roller. Plywood Internal surfaces to be laminate. Table tops, drawer unit fronts & sides to be finished as per drawings. The front modesty panel etc shall be finished as per drawings & instructions of the EIC/Consultant all complete. All trays in writing desks, side units to have concealed stoppers. All pencil trays shall have small compartments for keeping miscellaneous stationaries. All beadings, mouldings & exposed woodwork to be in teak wood. Foot rest shall be made out of 19 mm plywood frame work with 6 mm top and shall be finished with matching laminate all molding shall be finish in 3 coats of melamine polish. All the tables shall have keyboard drawers to accommodate keyboards and mouse wherever necessary as per drawing. Rate include of all hardware, like hinges, drawer channel, handles, lock etc. also shall include CPU unit as shown in the drawings approved by EIC. No seperate payment shall be made for this. Tables all exposed surface finished with a approved laminate in approved pattern as per drawings. All exposed surface of side unit to be finished with a approved laminate.
