Item No.02 Supply erecting and commissioning of 22 KV 630 Amp Smart Load Break Switch(SLBS) with three pole auto draw- out type outdoor type isolator having short circuit rating 50 KA(Ics=Icu=Icw for 1S) complied to IEC 60265-1 provided with battery charger 24 volt DC with 40Ah battery and having built in communication capability over IEC -61850-101/104 protocol for remote communication to provide remote monitoring capabiltiy on cloud or compatible to SCADA integration with complete.

Item no.03 Overhauling, & Servicing of 500 KVA 22/0.433kV oil immersed Transformer includes Inspection of transformer before refurbishing in presence of MIDC‘s representatives ;draining out of old oil from main tank.; dismantling of inspection cover, conservator tank, valves, HT & LT Bushing, Radiators, etc., removing of Core Coil Assembly from tank flushing of hot oil through filter machine on core coil assembly; external & internal Inspection of transformer; replacement of all insulation blocks, wrapper, phase barrier board, etc. that may be felt necessary: applying primer and cleaning of tank from inside and outside, reassembly of core coil after cleaning: drying.Processing. varnishing, ovening etc. of core coil assembly; tanking of core coil assembly: reassembly of inspection cover, conservator tank, Valves & HT, LT Bushing: replacemeni of all gasket /Rubber Gattu by new one; re fling of filtered oil main transformer through filter machine, painting of transformer tank and laccessories; providing and fitting of new silica gel breather; routine testing of transformer as per IS 2026 (Test Report should be submitted to MIDC office) and TO & Fro transportation including Loading-unloading.

Item No.04 Accessories 4.1 Supplying and erecting, 22 kV outdoor type drop out fuse with insulator complete with fuse holders, fuse barrel with metal fitting, fuse element mounted on M.S. channel with working current of 15A capacity complete erected on provided cross arm.

4.2 Supplying heavy duty operating rod, outer dia 25 mm & inner dia 20 mm suitable for 22/33 kV with brass couplings etc. for removing drop out fuses at 6 m length, 4 pieces each with rain shade with hand grip including earthling chain 1.5 m complete.

4.3 Providing pair of duly tested rubber hand gloves as per IS :47705 suitable for working upto 22 kV supply complete.

4.4 Supplying and fixing standard first aid box with necessary antiseptic cream, medicine for use on wounds due burn, crepe bandage, gauge bandage, medicated ready to use bandage (Band-Aid) adhesive tape for medicinal use, scissors, antiseptic solution, etc. (All above contents shall be of standard makes)

4.5 Supplying shockproof leather safety shoes of electrical grade of standard size as IS :11226, 14544 duly tested, with necessary test certificate from manufacturer.

Item No.05 Plumbing (CW-PLB) 5.1 Supplying and erecting GI pipe 100mm dia. ‘B’ class at position with accessories complete as per specification no. CW-PLB/GP.

Item No.06 Painting (CW-PTG) 6.1 Painting of steel tubular/ rail/ RSJ pole above 6.0m length along with street light pole brackets, clamps etc by scrapping the existing paint complete as per specification no CW -PTG/PTP.

6.2 Painting fencing of transformer substation including all supports, iron work and doors from both sides by scraping existing paint, with one coat of red oxide & two coats of aluminium paint complete

Item No.07 Masonry Work 7.1 Supplying and spreading stone metal 25mm size for 100mm depth above the ground level complete.

Item No.08 HT Cables (CB-HT) 8.1 Supplying , erecting & terminating XLPE insulated, galvanised steel formed wire armoured (strip) cable 22 kV(E), 3 x 300 sq. mm. aluminium conductor laid in provided trench / pipe as per specification no. CB-HT

8.2 Providing and erecting Heat shrinkable tough proof indoor/outdoor termination kit for 11 kV (UE)/ 22 kV ( E ) XLPE HT cable 3x240 to 400 sq. mm. with necessary material as per specification no. CB-JT/HT

Item No.07 Plate, Pipe type Earthing (EA-EP) 7.1 Supplying, installing and testing earthing with copper earth plate size 60 x 60 x 0.315 cm with funnel with a wire mesh for watering and brick masonry block C.l. cover with minimum 25 kg Carbon based environment friendly back fill ground ehancing compound complete with all accesories of copper materials & recording the results as per specification no EA-EP/EF

Item No.08 Accessories 8.1 Supplying and erecting copper strip of required size used for earthing on wall and/or any other purpose with necessary copper clamps fixed on wall painted with insulating and non-corrosive bond with required joints as per specification no. EA-EP.

Item No.09 Credit for Dismantled Material 9.1 PVC armoured/unarmoured cables and wires (Aluminium) (Minimum rebate of Rs 62790 will be recovered irrespective of quoted amount).
