The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of building construction work carried out in the last five financial years. The bidder needs to provide details such as the name of the work, name and address of the organization for whom the work pertains, tendered cost, date of starting and completion, stipulated/actual number of buildings, number of floors, F.S.I., B.U.A., and principle features of the work carried out. The bidder should have at least 10 years of experience in building work, and the age of the organization should not be less than 10 years. For similar work experience, the bidder should have experience of having successfully executed the work of library building including infrastructure, Lift, DG set, etc. during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have also executed in any one year (in the last three years) the following minimum quantities of work: - Concrete M-25 and above of higher grade for building works: 211 Cum - TMT Steel FE 500: 32 MT - 8 Passenger Lift: 1 Nos - 100 KVA Transformer: 1 Nos - 40 KVA DG Set: 1 Nos The maximum turnover during Five years should not be less than Rs. 3.81 Crore (75% of annual value of construction). The annual financial turnover shall be Rs. 3.81 crore, calculated as 75% of the annual value of proposed construction. The bidder needs to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
