The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar type of work with specific amount and percentage requirements. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar type of work having an amount not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - OR two similar type of work having an amount not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - OR one similar type of work having an amount not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender Additionally, the bidder must have executed a minimum quantity of prime items, which is 30% of quantities of prime items of tendered works. The bidder should have completed similar works in the past 5 years. The contractor must also have an experience of executing similar type of work with a minimum quantity of 30% in nature of the quantity put to tender. The value of similar works completed is mentioned in terms of percentage, which is 30% of the quantity put to tender. The amount is also mentioned in terms of percentage of the estimated cost put to tender, which includes 40%, 50%, and 80% for different number of similar type of work completed. The bidder's maximum turnover in the last five years should not be less than 75% of the annual amount of the estimated cost put to tender.
