The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the supply and commissioning of Solar High Mast, specifically in the development of SOLAR LED HIGH MAST LIGHT on Turnkey basis including Design, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning. The bidder should have experience in development of SOLAR LED HIGH MAST LIGHT of minimum 9 METER SOLAR LED HIGH MAST LIGHT 108 NOS. capacity to any Govt. Organization / Semi Government department in last Five Financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in development of at least 02 order of 9 Meter SOLAR LED HIGH MAST LIGHT Project having individual 22 numbers or above to any Govt. Organization / Semi Government department in last Five Financial years. The bidder should have installed & commissioned solar LED High Mast during last five years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited. Such SOLAR LED HIGH MAST LIGHT must have been in satisfactory operation for at least six (06) months from the date of commissioning. As for the value and percentage of similar works completed, it is mentioned that the bidder should have completed 75% or more of the works allocated by MEDA within the admissible time limits, if they have worked with MEDA in the earlier two years. However, no specific amount or percentage is mentioned for similar works completed apart from this. The bidder is also required to provide annual turnover data for the last five consecutive years, including the amount in the specified currency, exchange rate, and Rs in lacs. The formula to calculate the value of existing commitments and on-going works is: B = A - (B/N), where A is the maximum annual turnover and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. It is also mentioned that if a bidder is MSME and qualifies all the criteria mentioned in the tender document and agrees to work at the L1 price, then 25% of the total work will be allocated to MSME. If there are multiple eligible and qualified bidders who are MSME and agree to work at the L1 price, the 25% quantity will be distributed proportionately among them.
