Providing & laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and 5 retained on 150 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller, all complete. 233010 Proving & applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (Rapis setting) complying with IS 8887-1995 spraying the bitumen emulsion with mechanically operted spray unit. Clearing and preparing existing road surface as per specification 233012 On bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg/sqm.

Manufacturing supply and installation of rubbberized level crossing pads of approved quality and conforming to "functional specification for rubberized surface at level crossings" (as issued by RDSO in july 2019) at railway track at the level crossings, by suitable clamping arrangements to make rubberized road. The road surface of 3.5 m width is to be prepared by using 1 rubberpads of running rails and outside running rails between the running rails and RCC edge beam at the edge to retain the assembly as per approved drawing, The rates are inclusive of contractors cement and steel. Note:1. The brief scope of work is manufacturing and installation of rubberized level crossing pads of approved quality having width approx 3.5 metre conforming to specification 0f RDSO and latest correction slip if any. The rate includes all prevailing taxes and warranty etc but excluding GST required to complete the work. 2. Contractor has to submit his own drawing acceptable to KRCL and all other documents in accordancce with "functional specification for Rubberized surface at Level Crossings" as issiued by RDSO in july -2019
