012010 Earthwork in cutting in formation, trolley refuges, side drains, level crossing approaches, platforms, catch water drains, diversion of nallah & finishing to required dimension and slopes to obtain a neat appearance to standard profile inclusive of all labour, materials, plant & machinery, leading all cut spoils either to make spoil dumps or for filling in embankment with leads within 2 km on either side of edge of the cutting(s) including all lifts, ascent, descent, loading, unloading, bailing & pumping out water, if required, clearance of site and all other works incidental 1 thereto for completing the work as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/2020/GE: IRS- 0004 with latest updated correction slips and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(i) All usable earth arising from cut spoils shall be led into bank formation and Unusable spoils shall be dumped / stacked away from toe of embankment. (ii) All hard rock /and boulders not fit for filling will be stacked by the contractor and will be property of the Railways.(iii)Cut trees shall be property of Railways and to be deposited in the railway godown unless specified otherwise in the Conditions of Contract.12014 In hard rock with hammer / chisel / pavement breaker etc. where blasting is not permitted due to special circumstances and if specifically ordered in writing including drilling and all incidental works thereto.

Excavation in soil mixed with boulders of sizes more than 0.40 cum in size which 1 requiring blasting with all contractor's men, materials, tools and plants including explosive required for work with all leads and lift including drilling of holes with contractor's compressor ect. including dressing of slope, disposal of excavated materials beyond work site as directed by Engineer-in- charge. ( measurement will be based upon cross section )

15.2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 15.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

15.3 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Removal of silt from side drains, catch water drains / slopped earth etc., for an initial leads of 50m & lift 1.5m with all contractor's men , machinery, tools & plants etc., complete. Including dewatering metre/cum a 140.00 or part there 0.34 47.60 190.00 138.04

Supply of competent look out men for various works as per requirement by engineer- in-charge

Excavation in all kind of soil , soft murum , in foundation , side drain , wall , catchwater drains etc. with all contractor's labours , tools , plants , equipments etc. with all leads & lift including disposing of excavated muck beyond work site as directed by Engineer - in - charge

Providing of PVC weep holes up to maximum of 75 mm dia (dia varying as per site condition) in side drain wall at indicated location in the cutting etc. with all contractor's materials, scaffolding, drilling, machines, labours, all leads and lifts etc. labours, all leads and as per direction of and lifts etc. Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

22050 Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machinevibrated Cement Concrete of specified grade as per approved Design Mix (mixed in Mobile Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant at site or RMC from approved plants) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and coarse sand of approved quality for the following Reinforced cement concrete structural elements up to height of 9.0 m from foundation top level, including finishing, using Plasticiser in approved proportions (as per IS:9103), to modify workability without impairing strength and durability complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Payment for cement, reinforcement and shuttering shall be made extra under relevant item.2. Plasticiser shall invariably be used in approved proportion to increase workability with minimum possible quantity of cement for all grade of Design Mix Concrete unless it is specifically approved citing reasons for not using plasticiser at the stage of Mix Design and in that case deduction shall be made as per relevant item 22054 Approach slab at formation level, Dirt wall/ ballast wall at formation level

5.9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. For mass concrete

Removing of MSBN/HSBN from cutting slope including fasteners and staking them properly at indicated locations as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing of available 12mm diameter wire rope for bottom anchoring with contractor's labour, tools, materials, etc with all leads & lifts and as directed by Engineer in-charge

Lacing or medium strength boulder net as per enclosed drawing with KRCL lacing wireincluding bringing the MSBN net to the required position by stretching them, pressing of steel boulder net bt using wooden hammer as per requirement at site at various stages with all contractor's labours, tools, plants, equipment,with all leads & lift and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rock anchor bolts made of 25mm tor steel rod of 1.2 m long which is 4 threaded upto 200 mm on the top and fixing the same in 1m long 32mm dia hole drilled in hard rock with 200x 200 x 6mmepoxy coated plate and suitable nut and grouting the hole with cement grout with a maximum water cement ratio of 0.45with all contractor's men,materials,tools and plants, leads and lifts etc. Complete. (The rate includes the cost of steel rod, washer plate, nut,cement)

Supply,fabricating and fixing of "U"pins of 16 mm dia steel on the top of trenches and side of cutting in natural soil by hammering or by any other means after stretching of net as per instructions of Engineer- in-charge with contractors men and machinery etc. Complete.

Drilling of 10 mm & 12 mm dia. holes up to a depth of 150 mm in rock and fixing 6 fasteners, nut sand epoxy coated washer plates of size 200mm x 200mm x 6 mm available at site for fixing of rope net including drilling of holes with all contractor's materials, tools, plants etc. complete with all leads and lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of FB 12/20 bolts including drilling of holes with contractor's own drilling machine 12mm dia Hole with leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Bottom anchoring up to 1 m depth by using 16 mm dia. HYSD steel bolts threaded up 1 to 200 mm on top and fixing the same with available MS plate of size 200 mm x 200mm x 6 mm epoxy coated washer plate and suitable nut with all contractor's labours, materials, rock , capsules, men, all lead and lift, tools and plants, equipment, scaffolding as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Joining of adjacent nets with spiral spring (KRCL issue the spiral spring ) at site, fixing 2 at the ratio of 1 no. per 0.6 m in the longitudinal direction of the net portion etc. Complete. ,transportation with all lead and lifts, materials, manpower, tools / equipment etc. As directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of structural steel such as MS plates , angles , M S bars ( plain and tor ) of 1 various diamwter ranging from 6 mm to 25 mm including cutting , bending , loading , unloading and transporting to the site with contractor's own vehicle with all leads and lift as directed by Engg-in- charge

Providing dowels of 20 mm diameter rods up to 1.3 m length including drilling in hard rock and above ground level for the ballast retaining wall/etaining wall etc , prior to concreting 1 including drilling of holes of 38 mm dia with contractor own drilling machines and grouting the hole with cement water grout in the proportion of 1:1 including cutting , bending of steel rod etc , with all contractors steel , cement , materials , tools , equipments etc , with all leads and lift and as per instruction of Engg-in-charge.

Transportion of loose boulders available in cutting/tunnel to the nearest null point 1 away from track with contractor's own labour, tools, equipment with all leads & lift and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. ( Note : Quantity will be assessed by stack measurement and 8% voids will be deducted for payment purpose )
