Supply of Dependant type Position light shunt signal unit without lenses, LED unit drg no. SA- 23840 (Adv) Alt.1 & S-23845 (Adv) & supply of Universal lock with key (hand cuff)

Supply & installation of offset bracket 3 1/2" (90 mm) dia along with U Clamp and nuts for dependant shunt signal.

Supply of AC 110 V LIT LED signal lighting unit as per RDSO Spn no: RDSO/SPN/153/ 2011 rev 4.1 or latest RDSO Specs for shunt signal.

Supply of Electrical point operating machine - IRS Type, 220 mm throw (AC immunity 160 V AC), 7 non trailable to operate on 110 V DC with lock & detector slides, Cable terminal box and Clamp lock arrangement for thick web switches (Drg no. ROSO: S-3395 & S-3454) confirming to IRS: S-24/2002, Drg no: S-11000 & for Motor IRS: S37/82. Supply of Ground Connections for thick web switches - 1 complete set per point machine

Supply of 110V/AC Main LED Signal" RED" with integrated current regulator as per RDSO SPN No RDSO/SPN/199/2010 (Ver-1) retrofitable in existing CLS housing and compatible with AC LED ECR.

Supply of 110V/AC Main LED Signal" Yellow" with integrated current regulator as per RDSO SPN No RDSO/SPN/199/2010 (Ver-1) retrofitable in existing CLS housing and compatible with AC LED ECR.

Supply of RCC pipes 150mm dia. 2 Mtr long along with collars as per Specn. No. IS/458/1971.

Supply of DWC pipe with 1 snap fit coupler and 'O' ring conforming to IS 14930 ( part 2 : 2001), 11 Non metallic, corrugated, multi walled, normal duty, pliable, without protection against chemical attack and Non flame propagating in 6 Meter length of size 120 mm outer dia. And 102 mm inner dia (permitted tolerance in dia = +/- 2 mm) as per IRS spec RDSO/SPN/204/2011 or latest

Excavation of trenches at depth of 1 Mtr deep and 300-mm wide and back filling in the trench after laying of cable along with supply and fixing of cable route marker. This includes (a) Excavation of trenches at the depth of 1.0 Mtr. deep and 300 mm wide at the bottom of the trench including clearing of roots, bushes, or other obstruction etc. for all types of soils including Murrum, soft rock, hard soil mixed with boulders etc. as per cable 12 route plan. (b)Supply. of Cable route marker FRP make as per drg no. RVNL/BPLS&T/SK/FIELD/01 and fixing along the actual cable route after cable laying at regular intervals (not more than 200 mtrs on straight route) and at diversions and at other places as decided by site engineer. Minimum of 10 markers to be provided per KM. ( c) Complete back filling the trench after laying required quantity of cable, protection pipes/bricks, route marker etc and ramming and consolidation of soil as well as disposal of extra soil as per Drg No. RVNL/BPL/S&T/SK/FIELD/02

Excavation of cable trench of 1 m. depth & 300 mm. wide across tile track crossing, road crossing, level crossing, platform & refilling after laying RCC pipe with collars as per cable route chart & technical specification as per Drg.

Fixing/Laying of RCC pipe, DWC pipes with collars for laying of cables in open trench or underneath the track, road, platform etc. as directed by Engineer and drg. Issued.

Laying of various sizes and types of cables in trenches: Laying of signaling / power / telecom/ 15 quad/OFC cable of various sizes in the excavated trench and through laid pipes. This includes loading/unloading & transportation of cables to site. Whenever several cables are to be laid separation of cables should be as advised by site engineer. This includes unwinding of cable drum using proper jigs without causing damage to cable.

Excavation of pit, casting & plastering of concrete foundation for C.L. Signal and for signal ladder, Erection and wiring of complete signals along with supply of Signal number plate, wiring material etc. This includes: (a)Excavation of pit, fixing of foundation scaffolding, casting & plastering of concrete foundation, removal of scaffolding, water curing and earth filling for Color Light Main Signal and Casting of cement concrete foundation for signal ladder as per drg. This includes: Supply of cement, sand, stone chip & mixing in the ratio 16 1:3:6. (b)Erection of Multi aspect color light signals. This includes: Erection of surface base, signal post, signal unit, junction type route indicator, and shunt signal on OFF set bracket, calling on signal, ladder with guard & platform, fixing of P/C/G marker, supply & fixing of Heat enameled signal number plate & blanking-off signals as per the requirement. Making of holes in CLS post, supply of other minor material like clamps, nuts & bolts, wiring material etc. Fixing of signal lamps/LED with accessories on 2/3/4 aspect signal unit; shunt, route, calling on unit as per the requirement. Termination of the tail cable in the signal units, wiring of signal and testing, focusing of signal etc.

Excavation of pit, casting & plastering of concrete foundation for shunt signal, erection and wiring of complete signals along with supply of Signal number plate, wiring material etc. This includes: (a) Excavation of pit, fixing of foundation scaffolding, casting & plastering of concrete foundation, removal of scaffolding, water 17 curing and earth filling for Independent Shunt Signal as per Drg. This includes: Supply of cement, sand, stone chip & mixing in the ratio 1:3:6. (b) Erection of surface base, shunt signal post, shunt signal unit. Supply & fixing of Heat enammelled signal number plate, Fixing of lenses, signal/LED lamp, supply and fixing of anti theft protection etc., where ever required. Termination of the tail cable, supply of wire & wiring of signal unit. Focusing and testing of shunt signal.

Wiring in Existing Location box. This includes: Excavation of cable pit without damaging existing working cables, laying & insertion of new extra cables. Provision of additional terminals, fuse blocks, etc. on the 18 Hylam board in the location. Drilling of holes in Hylam sheet for cables, retermination of existing cable on one side of terminal to keep present system working. Provision of additional Hylam board / shelf / adjustment / shifting of existing located equipment's such as charger, relays, resistance etc. & rewiring the same. Meggering of cables, dressing of cables etc. Numbering & writing description of new circuit. Closing -of excavated cable trench/Pit & plastering of foundation etc. under instruction from site Engineer.

Excavation of pit, casting of concrete foundations for Location Box-Half Case, erection of location box, supply of universal lock with key,Lamp holder 2 pin with switch, wiring material, wiring, Testing and commissioning. This includes: (a) Excavation of pit, casting of concrete foundations for HALF location Box as per Drg no. RVNL/S&T/SK/FIELD/04. This includes :( a) Supply of cement, sand, stone chip & mixing in the ratio 1:3:6. (b)Supply of 4 Nos. foundation bolts as per Org.No.SA-112A with Nuts & bolts. (c) Masonry work with brick platform shall be done where specifically asked for. (b) Erection of HALF location box on foundation with bolts and washer including fixing of 'E' type lock, Supply and fixing of Universal lock on both side. (c) Fixing of hylam sheet, 19 fixing of terminals, fuse blocks, ND Fuses etc. termination of cables with no. embossed ferrules, bunching of cables with PVC tape, supply of ferrules, tape, including supply & fixing of PVC coated string rods at the back side for the cable support with contractor's own material, Supply and fixing of 2 pin lamp holder with switch. Preparing Hylam/wooden (of approved quality) shelf as per requirement for placing equipment and batteries, Supply of frame for relay fixing, fixing of relay bases & relay etc. as per approved location box diagram. (d) Supply of 3 x 0.7 and 16/0.2 wiring material and wiring of terminals, fuse blocks, N.D. fuses, relays, lamp & switch, Hylam/wooden shelf & strips, river bed sand etc and complete wiring testing and commissioning of location box equipments. ( e) Filling of location foundations with river bed sand and plastering on top of sand (f) Provision of two numbers wooden strip(s) 20 mm thick of required size, for cable support.

Supply of Earth electrode & Installation and connection of earth with equipment's as per drg. No. RVNL/S&T/SK/FIELD/12. This includes: Supply of earth electrodes assembly to RVNL drg. The length of Earth Electrode shall be 2950 mm. Installation of Earth electrode & connecting to location box, signal unit, block 20 instruments, lever frames, power equipment's, cables, telecom equipment's etc. through GI wire 8 SWG suitably connected on MS Flats size 40x5 mm with complete contractor's material (excluding earth electrode) as per drg. Issued by Railway. This includes digging of pit in earth 3 M deep, casting of cement concrete enclosure. Soil treatment as per standard practice involving supply & pouring of salt & charcoal, connecting the equipment through earth lead wire & soldering and supply of cement, wiring material & soldering material.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GPS based dual face digital platform clock as per RDSO/ SPN/ TC/ 62/ 2008 or latest with WHITE color SMD LED as per RDSO/ SPN/ TC/ 108/ 2019 or latest.

Supply of 3 core 1.0 sq.mm copper conductor PVC insulated sheathed flexible multi-stand cable as per IS694 - 90

Supply of Reflux Horn Speaker Ahuja make or similar UHC-30 XT

Supply & laying of Speaker cable 2 core PVC sheathed & Screened of size 47/0.193 as per IS -694

Fixing of Horn type speakers on GI Post using clamps & Nut-bolts with cove for units of speaker to protect them from rain. (clamp, nut bolts & cove to be supplied by contractor)

Fixing of Box type speakers on wall. (clamp, nut bolts & cove to be supplied by contractor)

Supply & installation of Full HD Bullet type IP Colour Camera as per specifications at clause 3.4 of SCC (Part B) of Tender document, all materials required for installation shall be supplied by contractor.

Supply & installation of Media Convertor as per specifications at clause 3.5 of SCC (Part B) of Tender document, all materials required for installation shall be supplied by contractor.

Supply & installation of 8 port Unmanageable Giga Switch for station Cameras of reputed make as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (all materials required for installation shall be supplied by contractor)

Supply & installation of Enclosure 1ft x1ft x8 inch Big as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (all materials required for installation shall be supplied by contractor.)

Supply of Cat 6 cable for cameras - STP (Shield Twisted Pair) CAT-6 Cable shall be compliant with latest EIA/TIA-568-B.2-1 standard for CAT 6 cable or as specified by purchaser.

Supply of Power cabling for camera - Power cable 3 core, 2.5 sq mm, multi strand copper conductor, PVC insulated, Armoured, confirming to IS:1554 Part-I or latest or as specified by purchaser.

Supply & installation of 32 Port NVR with minimum 30 days storage as per specifications at clause 3.6 of SCC (Part B) of Tender document, all materials required for installation shall be supplied by contractor.
