The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed "similar works" during the last seven years. The similar work means any landscaping or beautification work. The bidder should have experience in one of the following: - Three works, each work costing not less than Rs. 323.95 Lakhs (excluding GST) - Two works, each work costing not less than Rs. 404.94 Lakhs (excluding GST) - One work costing not less than Rs. 647.90 Lakhs (excluding GST) No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The cost of similar work is brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7 percent per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. For joint ventures, the lead partner should fulfill 60% of the above criteria, and the joint venture should fulfill the criteria collectively, with the lead partner having a minimum share of 26% in the joint venture. The bidder should achieve a minimum local content target of >=50% as a Class I Local Supplier.
