The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed building (Architectural) and Interior composite works including HVAC, Electrical, Networking, fire fighting during the last seven years. The experience can be in one of the following forms: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 324.64 lakhs), - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 405.80 lakhs), - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 649.27 lakhs). The value of work for HVAC, Electrical, Networking, and fire fighting should be at least 20% of the value under eligible assignment along with allied civil works. The cost of similar work can be calculated by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum local content target of >=50% as a Class I Local Supplier.
