The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for the same or similar service. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of 3 years of past experience for the same/similar service and experience of 3 years in providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be 85 Lakh. The ePBG (Earnest Money Deposit) percentage is 5.00%, and the duration of ePBG required is 26 months. The EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) amount is 665494. Also, if L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Service Provider (s) has/have quoted price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference /price band, then 100% order quantity will be awarded to such MSE bidder subject to acceptance of L1 bid price.
