Butter Fly Valves: Location: between Disharge line in pump house to common Inlet pipe header of filttration system- Pressure sand filter . Size: 200 mm MOC: CI Dismantling of Existing valve system, Supplying & Fixing of Butterfly Valves, PN 16. The rate is inclusive of cost of valve,bolts & nuts and rubber/Gasket insertions.

Filtration System

Supply, installation & testing and commissioning of vertical floor mounted mild steel Epoxy pressure type Pressure Sand filter of suitable size for required flow and head, provided with an inlet distributor. The vessel is painted externally and internally with epoxy paint with primer with frontal piping & valves, back wash system & filter media etc. complete with standard fittings like cover, pressure gauge at inlet & outlet, sampling cock, rinse drain valve, air vent valve with piping, bolts, nuts & rubber gaskets. (1 Set) Filtration Rate- Max. 15-17 m3/m2/hr Flow rate =120 M3 / hr Vessel Dia = 3000 mm HOS = Min. 2300 mm Shell / Dish thickness = 12/ 14 mm Working pressure = 5.0 Kg/Sq.cm. Test pressure = 10.5 Kg/Sq.cm.

Foundation civil work for Filtration System

Dismantling of existing civil founadtion work of existing Pressure Sand filters and new foundation work for new filtration system of suitable size with out disturbing of working sand filters(as per approved foundation load and drawings), MS Vessels details are as follows Flow rate =150 M3 / hr Vessel Dia = 3000 mm HOS = Min. 2300 mm Shell / Dish thickness = 12/ 14 mm Working pressure = 3.5 Kg/Sq.cm. 4 year comprehensive AMC for water filter after defect liability period of 1 year (excluding replacement of pipeline). Including - 1) repairing and maintenance of all valves with replacement if required, 2) repairing and maintenance of all NRV with replacement if required, 3) repairing and maintenance of all Pumps and motors with replacement if required,4) replacement of media 3 times with in 5 years AMC (once in 1.5 years), 5) replacement of all gaskets and GI nut bolt at the time of each servicing(at the time of media replacement), 6) replacement of level indicator, sensors and meters if required. 7) repairing and maintenance of all MCC control panel with replacement of electrical parts if required 8) Regular vendors executive visit once in month for checking of water analysis parameters, performance of filtration system, leakage checking if any.(Total visits 60 Nos)
