Providing and fixing in position TMT-500 steel bar reinforcement of various diameters for pardies, as per detailed designs, drawings and Schedules, including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required etc. complete.

Supply, laying and compaction of wedge shear element (WSE) 400 mm thick (in 2 layers, each layer of 200mm thick). Each layer consists of 150-230 mm. size trap stone rubble in layer of 200mm. and filling the gap with kapachi etc. and topped with 75mm thick aggregate of 40mm size and compact the same with vibratory roller & watering etc. complete as per specification and as directed.

Granular sub base (GSB) with Coarse graded material ( Table: 400-2) ( Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse garded material, spreading in uniform layers with motoir grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactiong with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401)

Providing and laying in situ Dry rolled lean cement concrete (DRLC) sub-base of trap metal of specified gradation using , mixing as per approved design mix, compacting with vibratory roller of minimum 80-100 KN static weight for proper compaction including curing compound and sprikling water , and covering with moist hessain or ponding of water for 7 days including all materials, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts, etc. complete as per specification.

PQC Concrete M-40:- Providing and laying in situ M40 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement with max 20% fly Ash (Fly-ash upto 20% by weight of Cement) over a prepared subbase with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate (natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a Tilting type Concrete Mixer as per approved mix design, admixtures, spreading, laying compacting and finished in a continuous operation with out paver machine, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound / by providing cement vatain cement Mortar1:8 @ 0.6m X0.6m centre to centre, admeasuring 80 mm at bottom and 40 mm at top with depth of 75mm and maintaining the same throughout curing period by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge. with fully automatic microprocessor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer /concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer)etc. complete.

Providing & fixing in the carriageway 100 mm thick interlocking concrete unishape pavers (monolithic- single layer precast concrete blocks) of gray cement coloured having average crushing strength 50N/sq.m.m. as per technical specification, placed on average compacted thickness of 25mm, uniformly graded river sand cushioning with proper compacting with mechanical compactor with the proper level, grade and camber etc.complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete.
