Providing & applying chemicals of approved make for removing existing corrosion and cleaning the exposed steel structure or TMT bars of structure by grinding the surface with grinder machine, wire brush, also removing loose particles by water jet, (using other mechanical / manual means) and apply two coats of approved chemical/s on prepared surface as a primer for bonding of old surface to new surface. After primer application apply final coat of corrosion preventive coat on primer to TMT bars or steel structure as per manufacturer's specification ( using other manual / mechanical means) including all materials, scafolding, transportation and labors, charges of boat, pontoon, crane, welding machine and all machineries required to carry out work etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying organic polymer for conversion of unwanted substrate (Burr) on metal surface crystal structure modification to remove oxide by high pressure waterjet cleaning / grinding, wire brush, washing or mopping also removing loose particles (using other mechanical / manual means). Measure the burr on the surface by burr measuring gauge, If the burr is above 25 microns repeat the cleaning till burr is below 25 microns. Also apply oil remover and blend of active Ceramic, Alumina and modified Polymer (cold metalizing process). Apply 2 coats with a thickness 40 micron on prepared metal surface. After primer application apply two coats corrosion preventive from outer side final coating Bituminous Epoxy (rapid setting Bitumen emulsion and water miscible epoxy i.e. modified epoxy resin and special hardener), 2 coats with a thickness of 300 micron (Ant rodent, high corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, high abrasion & impact resistance, corrosion protection). From inner side apply approved material fixed on repaired surface by anchoring, with approved sealing of metal plate joints. as per manufacturer's specification ( using other manual / mechanical means) complete as per specification including cost of all materials, scafolding, transportation and labors, charges of boat, pontoon, crane, welding machine and all machineries required to carry out work etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing & grouting by Poly Ceramic Ironite Cementitious approved material as per requirement to reduce the porosity of concrete structure and to increase the strength of structure using grouting pipes, grouting m/c, mixer etc to existing piles etc. and all relevant safety with all leads and lifts, all materials, scafolding, transportation and labors, charges of boat, pontoon, crane, welding machine and all machineries required to carry out work etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying impermeable, high compressive strength, monolithic application, excellent bond strength, high abrasion resistance, UV resistance, self-curing, non-toxic polymer based cementitious mortar named as Poly Ironite Ceramic Cementitious (PICC) for filling of piles area upto 50 mm or as per surface conditions and also treatment of honey combing areas etc. Cleaning will be done by remove all loose particles, dust particles or any other foreign material/particles using manual or mechanical means by underwater person.Removing of algae fungi followed by High Pressure Water Jet and Compressed Air blower. Complete as per specification including cost of all materials, scafolding, transportation and labors, charges of boat, pontoon, crane, welding machine and all machineries required to carry out work etc. complete as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
