Disposal of AC sheets- Disposal of the removed AC sheets to avoid the environmental pollutions. Disposal work should be carried by government approved agency charges for appointment should be borne by contractor & dispose it as per the government norms. Contractor should consider the transportation charges of AC sheets from the JNPT to the disposal site. After disposal of AC sheets contractor should have to submitted the Disposal certificate to JNPT authority for future record.

Removal of GI Roof sheets- Removal of existing old G.I. sheets from the Roof (Height up to 12m) and stock at the recommended place with proper safety & PPE. Before removing of GI Sheets, 2 mm thick nylon safety net with polymer sheet should be tie under the roof of working zone to avoid the free fall of any substance from the roof level. A lifeline rope should be tie at apex or required location to working area to hang the safety belt. Safety belt should have full body harness with shock absorber of authorized make like Karam or equivalent to avoid the sudden jerk.

Removal of GI Wall Cladding sheets- Removal of existing old GI sheets from the Wall Cladding and stock at the recommended place with proper safety & PPE. To work up to 12m height, metal cup & lock type scaffolding should be used in order to hang the safety belt & execute the work. Safety belt should have full body harness with shock absorber of authorized make like Karam or equivalent to avoid the sudden jerk.

Before removing of AC flashing, 2 mm thick nylon safety net with polymer sheet should be tie under the roof of working zone to avoid the free fall of any substance from the roof level. An aluminium roof ladder with rubber pad should be used to walk over the AC sheet while removing of AC sheets in order to avoid the accident due to brittleness of the AC sheets.

Removal of louvers windows Removal of the old louvers windows and stock at the recommended place with proper safety & PPE.

Removal of Ridge Vent- Removal of existing Ridge Vent made of aluminium frame having approx. size 34m X 2m X2m and stock at the recommended place with proper safety. Before removing of Ridge Vent, 2 mm thick nylon safety net with polymer sheet should be tie under the roof of working zone to avoid the free fall of any substance from the roof level. A lifeline rope should be tie at apex or required location to working area to hang the safety belt. Safety belt should have full body harness with shock absorber of authorized make like Karam or equivalent to avoid the sudden jerk. ROOFING SYSTEM

Aluminium Gutter system -Providing & Fixing of 2mm Aluminium Gutter sheet of make Tata, Jindal or equivalent and profiling is done by Maxrrof, tata, Jindal or equivalent with necessary expansion joints at every 25 m, which will take care of thermal expansion and contraction. The aluminium gutter has to be welded by a trained welder and he has to show a sample of 2 to 3 m of welding before carrying out the actual welding process.

Roofing- Providing & Fixing of Pre Painted Galvalume 0.6mm thick steel MxRib1010 profile sheet (by Maxroof), Tata, Jindal or equivalent for Roofing having 1010 mm effective cover width and nominal 30mm deep ribs at nominal 202 mm center-to-center. In each of the pans is shaped with a small flute for efficient water drainage. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.60 mm total paint thickness (TPT), Hi-tensile steel with minimum 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dipped coated with Aluminium Zinc alloy mass coating of Galvalume AZ 150 as per AS1397 / IS15961(min. 150 grams / sqm total on both sides, (55% Aluminium, 43.3% Zinc & 1.6% Silicon) . along with SDP Paint (Super Durable Polyester) quality paint system of approved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type-4 / IS15965 class 3. The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns with Thermatech™ or equivalent solar reflectance technology quality paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces. The profile sheet will have brand embossment at the end of each sheet for confirming genuineness of the product quality. Make - The profiling has to be done by ISO certified manufacturer and the base coil will be of JSW / Bhushan / Tata BlueScope or equivalent The fixing of the sheets will be done by self tapping self drilling screws which confirms to AS 3566 class of screws and the make of the screws will be Buildex / corroshield / LPS EJOT or equivalent. The size of the screw will be 12-14x55 for roof determined by the crest height of the profiled sheets. The screws will be used at every crest/Valley of the sheets and tools & Tackles etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in charge.

The polycarbonate corrugated skylights shall be in clear embossed (plain on top side and embossed texture on the other) with light transmission of 78~82% and shgc ratio of 0.85. The polycarbonate corrugated skylights shall be uv co-extruded or cold bended shall be matching with the metal sheet profile. The corrugated sheets shall be manufactured from prime grade polycarbonate (pc) resins and material test certificate shall be provided for supplies made. The manufacturer shall have to ensure that the polycarbonate profiled sheets are fire resistant as per astm e-84-12 and having wind performance as per ul580-class 60. The corrugated skylights should be installed as per manufacturer installation guidelines. The polycarbonate skylights The fixing of the sheets will be done by self tapping self drilling screws which confirms to AS 3566 class of screws and the make of the screws will be Buildex / corroshield / LPS EJOT or equivalent. The size of the screw will be 12-14x25 for wall cladding. The screws will be used at every crest/Valley of the sheets. The Butyl Tape should be used at every lateral & longitudinal overlap of the metal sheet & Polycarbonate sheets with tools & Tackles etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make - The profiling has to be done by ISO certified manufacturer (Recommended "Maxroof Corporation Pvt Ltd") and the base coil will be of Tuflite / Sabic Lexan. Providing & fixing of natural wind operated Aluminium turbo ventilator- Providing & fixing of natural wind operated Aluminium turbo ventilator with Polycarbonate base plate should have 24" neck/throat diameter. The turbo ventilator should have total 38 nos Fins/Vanes having 0.50mm thickness made up with Aluminium Alloy Temper H3 make Hindalco/Balco or equivalent. The outer ring of the turbo ventilator should be made with aluminium alloy having 1mm thickness and Inner strips should be made with SS 202 having 1.2mm thickness & 20mm width. The top cover (dish) of turbo ventilator should made up with aluminium alloy having 1mm thick & 380mm diameter. The neck ring should have 24" inner diameter, 100mm width & 1.2mm thickness made up with aluminium alloy. The inner arm of the turbo ventilator should be made with SS 202 grade having 2mm thickness and 25mm width. The shaft of the driving mechanism having 12mm diameter made up with SS 202 grade. the turbo ventilator should have 2 ball bearing (HCH, SKF or equivalent make) with self lubrication property to avoid friction. The bearing cover/ housing should be made with aluminium alloys having 80mm diameter & 1.2mm thickness. The fixing of the sheets will be done by self tapping self drilling screws which confirms to AS 3566 class of screws and the make of the screws will be Buildex / corroshield / LPS EJOT or equivalent. The size of the screw will be 12-14x55 for roof determined by the crest height of the profiled sheets. Providing & fixing of color coated galvalume "S" type Louvers- Providing & fixing of color coated galvalume "S" type Louvers having 0.60mm Thickness. The louvers should be fixed to the wall runner with the self of self tapping & self drilling screw. ( Material specification same asper roof sheets material).

Supply & Fixing of PVC Down take pipe Supply & Fixing of PVC Down take pipe should have 200mm internal diameter & have 6 kg/cm2 pressure. Make- Prince / Finolex or Equivalent Note - We have considered 200mm mm dia & 6 kgs PVC Pipe
