On line Tenders in two stage (technical bid and price bid) are invited by Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Navi Mumbai from experienced, reputed contractors fulfilling Minimum Qualifying Criteria as stipulated in this notice for the work “Renovation of Canteen and shift in-charge office building inside custom bound area of JN Port” 1. Estimated cost of works Rs 3,09,12,865/- 2. Time for Completion 09 Months (Excluding Mobilization period of 15 days) 3. Sale of Tender Documents from 06/08/2019 TO 16/08/2019 upto 1500 Hrs. 4. Last date and time for submission of Tenders By 1500 hrs. of 16/08/2019 5. Earnest Money Deposit Rs 7,29,600/ the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Navi Mumbai. 6. Validity of Tender 120 days from the date fixed for receiving the tender Minimum Qualifying Criteria:- The Firm/Company, as the case may be (hereinafter referred to as "The Tenderer"), shall have following Minimum Eligible Qualification: A) Average annual financial turnover of the tenderer during last three financial years ending 31/03/2018 (2015-16,2016-17,2017-18) shall not be less than Rs 92.74 lakhs . B) The tenderer shall have successfully completed Architectural and interior designing works in building/Commercial Complex during last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following: i) Three works, each work costing not less than Rs123.66 Lakhs OR ii) Two works, each work costing not less than Rs. 154.57 Lakhs OR iii) One work costing not less than Rs 247.31 Lakhs Note : Architectural and Interior designing work means, any renovation /modification of interior/renovation works including furnitures along with allied civil works executed by the contractor in Residential / Commercial Buildings / Institutes/ Offices etc. . JNPT Tender Documents Cost/Fees: The tender documents can be downloaded from JNPT Website , from “E-tendering link” on payment of Rs.11,800/- (Non refundable) and EMD of Rs 7,29,600/- drawn in the form of Demand Draft mode payable to Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust. Note: - a) The Tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit should be submitted before due date and time of opening of Technical bid to the office of Chief Manager (PPD), Administration Building, Sheva, Navi Mumbai-400 707. b) The above payments shall be made through Demand Draft and tender shall be downloaded from e-tendering Portal of . JNPT E- TENDER WEBSIT ARE : or go to JNPT website and click on “E-TENDERING” LINK for accessing the site. c) Tender documents are to be downloaded from JNP's web site by the tenderer. The tenderer is responsible to download all the Addendums/ Amendments / Errata/ Replies to the queries of the tenderer etc., if any, issued by the employer, from the web site before submission of the tender. Any shortfall in submissions of the said Addendums/ Amendments / Errata/ Replies to the queries of the tenderer etc. along with the downloaded documents while submitting the tender will not be considered.
