Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area greater than 0.9 square meter made out of mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of 4mm aluminum composite material of Class C ( Type XI High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on two no. mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including GI fixures and transportation etc.complete.The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class C ( Type XI High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.

Providing and fixing Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic (AFP) sheeting consisting Yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as Retroreflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type VI specification for rebound able Retroreflective sheeting. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall be of 1ft width and laminated at the back with a 50 micron Aluminum (Al) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner. Further, this flexible prismatic sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black color in a continuous roll format. Neither AFP sheeting nor the flexible prismatic sheeting used in it shall crack when slowly bent in 1 second time around a 1/8th inch mandrel after being conditioned for 24hrs at 0?C and tested as per section S2.2.2. of ASTM D 4956-09. The AFP sheeting, with the liner removed, shall be applied with a neoprene contact adhesive with a Polychloroprene as base, viscosity of 200-450 cps and solid content of 20-30%. Once applied, the edges of the product shall be sealed all around with a two-part epoxy based structural adhesive and shall be extremely resistant to peel-off. A test report from institutes like ARAI/CRRI confirming to above mentioned flexibility and ASTM-D4956-09 Type-VI retro reflectivity performance of the flexible prismatic sheeting used in AFP shall be submitted by the tenderer during prequalification and supply of material.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand,gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.),with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc)

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-30 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns and steel stanchions etc. columns as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including Steel centering formwork, cover blocks laying/pumping, compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel). with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc)

Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Supply & fixing of Variable Message Sign of size 3840 mm x 1920 mm on with 10mm Pitch full colour LED display completely automated carrying a performance warranty of 1 year. VMS solution shall be able to display real-time as well as static data. VMS solution shall be a fully customizable solution for each display/ location to show live traffic-related information, live congestion related information specific to the location. VMS solution shall be able to provide real time information like weather updates, alternate route options useful to the citizen. VMS solution shall be able to work in an automated fashion without manual intervention. VMS solution shall have an optional manual data feed for emergency messages. All VMS boards shall be controlled via a single server. VMS shall be scalable to cater to multiple boards across the highway with ability to send targeted messages to specific group / all boards. VMS solution shall work on wired / wireless media. VMS solution shall display pictograms and text message in three languages. Videos also can be displayed (English, Hindi and Regional Languages). The system shall maintain the history of messages archived for future reference and analysis. VMS solution shall be able to integrate to traffic control room/other command centers. The intended information shall have the feature to schedule and display data at any date and time. VMS solution shall be capable of integrating with speed monitoring and driver feedback solutions for better traffic management / enforcement. VMS display shall be connected to a thin client windows embedded system which has an ability to schedule permitted download and upload time so as to use connectivity during non-peak hours. Also no Personnel shall be required to either switch on, switch off, power off, log in or log out procedures. These functions shall function automatically as scheduled. The thin client shall have 4 GB RAM and 16 GB Flash Memory with 1.66 GHZ processor.

SCHOOL ZONE SIGN/PEDESTRIAN CROSSING BOARD – DIGITALLY PRINTED Providing, Fabricating, Erecting on site DIGITALLY PRINTED School Zone Sign/Pedestrian Crossing Sign Boards as per drawing no F2, Vertical poles shall be Hot dip galvanised pipe of 65 NB, 3mm Wall thickness. Signage plaque (box) shall be of size 600mmx800mm with fluorescent background & 450mm triangle inscribed inside the Fl bangrdound. The box shall be made of Hot dip galvanised MS angles of 25x25x3mm thick covered with 3 mm thick aluminum composite panel on both sides of the box assembly; shall be fixed to the vertical pole. The box shall be fabricated by covering the gap between the signs using 73mmx3mm thick hot dip galvanised MS plate all round the board. The box shall be pasted with MICRO PRISMATIC GRADE retro reflective base sheets on both sides conforming to Type XI standards of I.R.C. 67 2012 CODE.The messages (Legends , letter , numerals etc ) and borders shall digitally printed directly on Type XI retro reflective sheeting either on Latex platform or UV platform and then overlaminated by appropriate UV protection laminate. The ink used for printing shall not be harmful to environment and shall carry Green guard certification. The reflectivity of sheet shall have warranty of 10 years. The refection count shall not be less than 80% of its original reflection after 10 years. The vertical pipe shall be fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation of size 600mmx600mmx600mm below ground & 450mmx450mmx200mm above ground. Complete as per the specification and directed by the Engineer.

SS DUAL SIDED LANDMARK BOARD DIGITALLY PRINTED– Providing and Fixing DIGITALLY PRINTED Dual Sided Landmark Name/Tourist Location Sign Board of size 1800mm x 1220mm made out of retro reflective sheeting of micro prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2012 & Type XI standards of ASTM D4956-09 specifications, fixed over 4mm thick ACP sheet supported with Back support square pipe of 25x25x2mm stainless steel angle of 304 grade, supported on a stainless steel pipe of 73.03 OD & surrounded by SS pipe of 38.10mm OD of 304 grade, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The messages (Legends , letter , numerals etc ) and borders shall digitally printed directly on Type XI retro reflective sheeting either on Latex platform or UV platform and then overlaminated by appropriate UV protection laminate. The ink used for printing shall not be harmful to environment and shall carry Green guard certification. MAP INDICATION SIGN BOARD DIGITALLY PRINTED – Providing, Fabricating, Erecting on site DIGITALLY PRINTED MAP Indication Sign Boards as per figure no G1 (Pylon type), Signage plaque (box) shall be of size 1800mm x 900mm made of Hot dip galvanised ISMC angle 75mm x 40mm & bracing of 50mmx6mm hot dip galvanised MS plate, covered with 4 mm thick aluminum composite panel on both sides of the box assembly; shall be fixed to the vertical pole. The box shall be pasted with MICRO PRISMATIC GRADE retro reflective base sheets on both sides conforming to Type XI standards of I.R.C. 67 2012 CODE. The messages (Legends , letter , numerals etc ) and borders shal bel digitally printed directly on Fluorescent Colored Type XI retro reflective sheeting either on Latex platform or UV platform and then overlaminated by appropriate UV protection laminate. The ink used for printing shall not be harmful to environment and shall carry Green guard certification. The sign board shall be fixed to two vertical post made of ISMC 150x75mm hot dip galvalised channel. The reflectivity of sheet shall have guarantee of 10 years. The reflection count shall not be less than 80% of its original reflection after 10 years. The vertical poles shall be fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation of sie 750mmx750mmx900mm. Complete as per specification and directed by the Engineer.
