Online tenders in single bid system are invited for supply of Trolley Idler Wheel Assembly & Trolley Drive Assembly for Doosan RTGC to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Sheva, Navi Mumbai-400707. The offered specifications of the bearing shall conform to specifications given in this Tender document. The Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions to the tenderers as enumerated in the tender document. 2. The Notice Inviting Tenders (NIT) is as below: Name of work Tender for ‘Supply of Trolley Idler Wheel Assembly & Trolley Drive Assembly for Doosan RTGC. I Tender Document Cost (TDC) Rs.2,360/- (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn from any Scheduled/Nationalised Bank in favour of “Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust” payable at Mumbai and shall reach to the destination on or before the stipulated time & date for opening of the Bids. OR Valid SSI/NSIC/MSME Certificate shall be submitted for exemption of TDC II Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs.9,746/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Six only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn from any Scheduled /Nationalised Bank in favour of “Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust” payable at Mumbai and shall reach to the destination on or before the stipulated time & date for opening of the Bids. OR Copy of SSI/NSIC/MSME Certificate for exemption of EMD. III Downloading of Tender through online e- tendering. Downloading of Tender through online from 06.08.2019 to 27.08.2019 up to 1100 hrs. Tender Documents, Technical Bid Forms, Price Bid Form and are available on : http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app IV Valid PAN Number Tenderer shall enclose copy of PAN card / certificate. V Last Date and Time for submission of Tenders online. On or before 27.08.2019 up to 11:00 hrs. Online mode only. VI Date of opening of Tender (Online Mode only) On 28.08.2019 at 11:30 hrs. at Administration Building, Ground Floor, JNPT, Sheva, Navi Mumbai – 400 707. VII Tender Validity 90 days from the date of tender opening VIII Delivery Period 06 weeks days from the date of receipt of LOA or Purchase Order IX Performance Security (Ten) 10% of the basic value of the Order value to be submitted within 21 days from issue of Purchase Order in the form of Bank Guarantee (BG) prescribed format drawn from any Scheduled/Nationalised Bank having its branch in Mumbai, valid for 12 months with a claim period of 03 months OTHERWISE an amount equivalent to 10% of the basic value of the purchase order shall be retained from the Invoice submitted by the supplier. X Liquidated Damages In case of delay in supply of total ordered material beyond stipulated delivery period, the Employer shall be entitled to recover from the supplier liquidated damages @1% per week + applicable GST, on unsupplied material subject to maximum limit of 10% + applicable 18% GST of the basic value of the purchase order. The delivery period shall be considered up to the date of arrival of goods at JNP Main Stores. XI Warrantee / Guarantee 18 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of installation, whichever is earlier . XIII Material Test Certificate To be submitted from Govt. approved/NABL approved lab.
