Earthing Stystem: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of eco safe & electrical maintenance free Earth electrode of 40 mm dia. having at-least 250 micron copper plating, 3 meter long molecularly Bonded with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade Copper, ‘U’ bolt clamp with all fastners etc. earth enhancing compound to reduce the soil resistivity as per IEC 62561-7. It should be highly conductive earthing backfill compound terec + 5 Kg and earthcon/erec 50 Kg (or as per actual requirement), capable of reducing soil resistivity for electrical requirements, maintains constant volume regardless of moisture content, not diffuse in to the ground, not expand or experience any shrinkage but remain in constant contact with earth & should be able to reduce contact resistance to earth significantly & create a low steady state impedance for a very long period resulting in faster transient dissipation. Confirm with the requirements of UL467-2007.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25 x 6 mm of Copper strip/ wire completely PVC insulated clamped to walls, cables in recess or surface, underground minimum depth of 1.5ft etc. for equipment/ System earthing complete as required including inter connection between length at joints, all fixing accessories saddles, clamps etc and other fixing hardware material as required for proper installation. (required core cutting through the walls inclusive)

Perform quarterly testing, measurements, and record-keeping of 160Ah*80N & 65Ah*29N batteries voltages and charging currents under both no-load and load conditions and load tests to ensure the health and reliability of the cells/batteries. Submit detailed test reports to IUCAA for review. This service will be provided for a duration of 36 months from the date of battery installation. The engineer performing the work must be qualified to test 1000V DC power battery strings, equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and carry all necessary measuring instruments required for the tests.
