The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9 - 1.0, Light Reflectance ?85%, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 66% GW and 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on precoated G.I channel 32 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32 mm and a load carrying capacity of 7 Kgs/M2 with a minimum pull out strength of 100 kgs. No. WD 121) : Providing 1500mm high partition with 50 x 50mm seasoned treated salwood frame at 600mm center both ways fixed to floor and walls by fastners with 6mm BWP plywood (IS Grade 710) covering and 65x12mm thick T.W. matt PU polishing and T.W.lipping 12mm thick with machine PU polish and 1.0mm thick laminates (matt veener) on both sides with soft paricle pin up board 12mm thick with approved fabric and laminate white board as per drawings.

Gypsum Partition Works P, T, U : (Ref.Drg.No.WD 221 & 332) : Providing and fixing 75 mm thick single skin both side gypsum board 12.50mm thick partitions with India Gypsum / Saint Gobain with G. I. framework with fibre tapes on joint & accoustical glass wool insulation from floor lvl to slab soffit including partition above all doors & glazing. Gypsum to be IndiaGypsum/ saint gobain or equivalent. Cost to include above ceiling bulkhead framing for thee said partition. 24 kg density insulation with washable grade wall paper and anodised satin finished 75 mm high skirting.
