Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of triaxial test bench system capable of applying peak load of 40 T in vertical, longitudinal and transverse directions without yielding of framed structure for determination of displacement (10 mm, error 0.1%) vs. longitudinal & lateral track resistance of H-Beam sleeper girder assembly as per schematic diagram and consisting of Bolted Steel frame with suitable RCC foundation, hydraulic, electrical, electronic components along with necessary sensors/ instruments and data logging facility etc. as detailed below. (i) Electrical and electronic circuits (with required earthing) (CG/Siemens/Bhart Bijali), hydraulic power-packs (Polyhedron/Hawe/Rexroth), oil tank (Polyhedron/Hawe/Rexroth), oil level indicator, return line filter (Hydroline/MP Filtri/ Hydac), air oil cooler (Emegggi/Hydac/ACE), gear pumps, pressure line filter (MP Filtri/ Hydac/Rexroth), proportional relief valves (Rexroth/Atos/Yuken), manifold block (MP Filtri/Hydac), pressure transmitters, DC valves, (Rexroth/Atos/Yuken) actuators/ hydraulic cylinders front flange mounting with load cells of adequate capacities, hose and pipings (Hyloc/Parker/Polyhose), three-phase electric winch of 2 T capacity, four chain-pulley block of 2 T capacity each, hand pallet truck (Maini) 2 T capacity etc. of reputed brand with warranty. (ii) Necessary mechanism such as I beam structure and wheel mechanism with sliding guides rods and load cell of adequate capacities to measure load in all the three directions. Relative displacement of track with 1 respect to supporting structures bolted steel frame shall be measured along the direction of load application at both the rails and the sleeper points, or as directed by Engineer in charge. (iii) The control panel (PLC Panel for Rail Track test Rig with input & output display) Panel Size 1900Hx1500Wx300D including 400mm Angle Stand Non-Compartmental Panel, Indoor Type, Fabrication 14/16 SWG, Powder Coating Siemens Grey RAL 7035. Cable Entry Bottom & Desk type panel (PSCS or similar), Incomer arrangements (Salzer/Teknic/Connectwell) 10HP S/D POWER PACK (L&T/Schneider/Siemens), PLC & SCADA Run time license (SIEMENS/AB/Mitsubishi), Control output & parts (TEKNIC/L&T/Siemens). Power & Control wires (Polycab/Finolex), Power connector & output buttons (Connectwell/Phoeniex/Wago), Electric circuit parts (L&T/Schneider/GIC/Siemens), relay (Omron/OEN/Salzer), Suitable Sensor & Data Logging system (along with necessary software and hardware) [LVDTs (Geffran/Megatron/Hydac), pan cake or button type load cells (Adi Artech/Geffran/TCL) and Signal convertor (Advantech/NI/Weidmuller)] able to display and record real time measurement of various gauges and instruments and also able to convert in the desired format. Rate includes all the applicable taxes, tools and plants, machines, materials, labourers etc. to complete the job in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge. The rate also inclusive of maintenance of the system for proper up keeping and functioning, up to 6 months after successful completion of testing as per NS-2.
