Restoration of Compartments placed at Annexure -2 in to Walkthrough Museum. However these compartments are only indicative and final compartments and actual route would be indicated post award of contract. Accordingly the contractor should cater for minor changes in the compartments and route. The ship will need large scale refurbishment for conversion to a walk-through model capable of providing an immersive experience to the visitors. The preliminary scope of work envisaged towards the same will include:- Glass Partitions. A number of compartments such as the AK-176 Barbette, Ships Armoury, Galley, Officers/Captain’s Cabin Wardroom etc will be provided with glass partitions to give a complete view of the compartment. Staircases and Pathways. The staircases and pathways on the ship are narrow and steep making them unsuitable for visitors. These staircases will need to be changed in order to make them safer for all visitors. Mannequins. Multiple mannequins will need to be placed at locations as specified by Customer necessitating display of men at work. Accessories at Work place Suitable accessories such as Uniforms / Medical equipment / Kitchen Items / Food Items etc are to be provisioned as indicated by Customer. Video Display Boards. Multiple boards including photo and video boards will need to be installed at multiple locations to give an immersive experience to the visitors. Fitment of Dummy Furniture/Equipment/Props. In order to make the setting of walk through model realistic various props such as furniture , equipment, messtraps, dummy weapons, AK-176 rounds etc will need to be placed at relevant locations

(a) Suitable Air conditioning to be installed along the alley ways and accessible areas including compartments listed at Enclosure-2 along with Ducting and necessary accessories for a maximum footfall of 100 personnel. (a) CCTV coverage for all compartments part of Museum is to be provisioned along with a central display at suitable location indicated by Customer. All accessories along with Manequins such as food items, articles depicting the work place are to be procured in consultation with Customer. Application of Deck underlay all along the internal Walkway. Suitable Auto Fire Detection and Suppression system is to be provided for the entire length of Walkthrough Museum. Dismantling of all Temporary structures / Sheds / Scrap as part of Project Execution are to be removed / disposed of in accordance with Environmental guidelines. All Administrative arrangements for Accommodation of Site personnel and Security of Assets at Lothal is to be catered for. Suitable arrangement for Transportation of Personnel and project Team is to be catered for. A full-fledged record of Key events by means of photography and videography is to be recorded and submitted within 15 days of Completion of Project for posterity and appreciation of various stages of Work. Further comprehensive project report depicting various stages of Work along with photographs is to be submitted
