The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a specified number of Financial years, which is 3 years. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have a past performance of 50% and should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity - 3 Financial years - 50% past performance Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made. - Declaration relating to the percentage of local content certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor (for bid value more than Rs 10 Crore). - Udyam Registration and validation through the Udyam Registration portal for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). - Certificate (Requested in ATC). - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document. - GSTIN and PAN Card, and should be validated online in GeM profile as well as validated and approved by Buyer after evaluation of documents submitted. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively.
