The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Copies of work orders of three similar works completed, with each work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Rs 130,000,000,000, along with a work completion certificate for a period of one year. - Alternatively, copies of work orders of two similar works completed, with each work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Rs 130,000,000,000, along with a work completion certificate for a period of one year. - Or, a copy of a single work order of a similar work completed, with a work completion certificate and costing for a period of one year, for not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Rs 130,000,000,000. - A single work of similar nature with a value of 100 Crore during the awarded work duration will be considered for evaluation, with a minimum of 1 year of execution of the awarded work duration contract completed or ongoing works meeting the above criteria, which will be considered for 20 Marks. - At least one work of similar nature with a value of 25 Crore but up to 100 Crore during the awarded work duration, which will be considered for 16 Marks. - The value of each work contract should not be less than 5 Crore during the awarded duration. - More than 1 but less than 3 works: 5 Marks - More than 4 but less than 7 works: 7 Marks - More than 7 works: 10 Marks - A copy of a single work order of any work completed, with a work completion certificate and costing for a period of one year, for not less than 40% of the value of the estimated cost of Rs 130,000,000,000 in a Government, Semi-Government, or Public Undertaking organization, may be preferred. - At least 3 similar works of nature, with a value greater than 25 Cr, but up to a mention in the work experience. - The bidder should have completed a single work of similar nature with a value greater than or equal to 5.2 Crores during the awarded work duration. - Alternatively, they can have completed works with values ranging from 10 Crores to 100 Crores during the awarded work duration, with corresponding marks allocated (10 marks for 10-25 Crores, 13 marks for 25-50 Crores, 16 marks for 50-100 Crores, and 20 marks for above 100 Crores).
