Pre-Engineered structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Quoted rate shall be including providing and fixing the anchoring/holding down bolts of HILTI make as per structural design requirements on exiting RCC column/beams/ Brackets / Clamps including fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers etc. as per proof checked design requirements and as per approved shop drawing. Brackets / Clamps shall be of hot dip galvanized steel and Fastening materials shall be Non - magnetic Stainless steel 300 series - 316 grade of Hilti make or approved make. Galvanizing thickness shall be in accordance with IS 2629 and 4759. Providing and fixing Serrated plates or Serrated washer wherever required as per the system requirement and as shown in the approved shop drawing complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Structural steel design as approved by IIT or COEP shall be referred for the erection purpose. Quoted rate shall include the cost of all materials, labour, cost of holding down bolts, fasteners, nuts & bolts, all operations and process specified above, all wastages, steel scaffolding, infrastructure facility, tools and plants, all taxes, central excise & other levies, GST , execution of work at ceiling height up to 25 m from plinth level of the building, all leads and lifts, all cost towards structural design & drawings, proof checking of structural design, all approvals, testing, etc. complete. Quoted rate shall also include the cost of providing and applying Zinc Phosphate primer before and after erection with minimum 75 microns and top coat with Low VOC Epoxy or Polyurethane paint with minimum 150 to 175 microns (DFT) of approved colour for all structural steel members. Mode of measurements: Actual weight of structural steel fixed at site including the weight of holding down bolts shall be measured for payment. Quoted rate shall include the cost of all materials, labour, cost of holding down bolts, fasteners, nits & bolts, all operations and process specified above, all wastages, steel scaffolding, infrastructure facility, tools and plants, all taxes, central excise & other levies, Octree/LBT, GST , execution of work at ceiling height up to 25 m from plinth level of the building, all leads and lifts, all cost towards all testing, etc. complete. Quoted rate shall also include removing of existing plaster on RCC surfaces for fixing steel member , exposing steel member , civil works , removal of debris and disposal with campus , the cost of providing and applying Zinc Phosphate primer before and after erection with minimum 75 microns and top coat with Low VOC Epoxy or Polyurethane paint with minimum 150 to 175 microns (DFT) of approved colour for all structural steel members. All gaps shall be sealed with external grade silicon sealant with weather proof sealing material. APPROVED MAKE OF STRUCTURAL STEEL : TATA / JSW / ESSAR. Actual weight of steel and bolts installed at site shall be shall be measured for payments.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for ACP back supports , in box sections , holder clip sections, trap doors/windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. trap doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Quoted rate shall be including all taxes, GST , labour , Material, Lead, lifts etc. complete. Additional support of every 3000mm shall be provided vertically and horizontally ensuring stability of louvers. Louver blade shall be 3mm thick. Providing and fixing Aluminium composite panel in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick pvc/hdpe mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets of 0.5mm each . The aluminium composite panel sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. Quoted rates shall be including GST , labour, lead , lift , transportation , wastage etc. complete.
