Design Supply installation testing and commissioning of ATCS (Auto Tube Cleaning System) for the Kirlokar make chillers of capacity 470 Tr X 4 ( Kirloskar Chiller model - KSC 087M) Numbers installed in a series. The system includes following items Skid, Control Panel, Injection Pump, Collection Pump, Motorised Control Valves of required sizes for supply and return line as required, Manual Valves of required sizes for supply and return line as required, Pressure Gauges, Ball Traps for supply and return line as required, Ball Collector(s) with Stand for supply and return line as required, Mesh Component, Check Valves of required size for supply and return line as required, MS pipes, elbows, flanges, gaskets, straines of required sizes for supply and return line as required, sufficient balls for cleaning of tubes etc. Work also includes welding of pipes, taking connections from the branches of condenser pipes (inlet & outlet). Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, leads and lifts and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.Please refer Annexture A for more deatils.
