Supply and installation of M.S. stand for 2.0 TR / 1.8 TR/1.5TR hiwall air condition outdoor units

Dismantling of existing hiwall split air condition units of capacity upto 2.0 Tr. The work includes pump down the system, disconnet from the copper pipes, cables, IDU & ODU stand. The dismantled ites to kept in the store house within the IISER campus. The quoted rates includes GST, labour charges and Etc.nothing shall be extra.

Chilled water cassette - 2.0 TR Capacity - Cassette units with drain pump Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory built horizontal cassette units blow through type, each complete with 3-4 rows deep chilled water coil of copper tube and aluminium fins construction with hydrophilic coating, one or more centrifugal fans with 3 speed motor, cleanable synthetic fibre filters, casing, coil piping connections, through copper pipes, condensate drain connections with U trap, Necessary copper coil piping connections shall be provided. Cassette units shall be provided with 1.25mm thick stainless steel extended drain pan with 13mm thick aluminium foil faced insulation to ensure the covering of all copper connections and valves. All fan coil units shall be suitable for 230 ± 6% volts, 50 cycles, single phase power supply.Noise level shall be 45 dB (A) at 1 m distance.Fan coil units shall be of following capacities as listed. As per technical specifications with all the necessary mounting accessories including rubber groomets for vibration isolation as required for complete installation. Chilled water hiwall units:- 2.0 TR Hi wall unit Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory built horizontal FAN COIL UNITS, blow through type, each complete with 3-4 rows deep chilled water coil of copper tube and aluminium fins construction with hydrophilic coating, one or more centrifugal fans with 3 speed motor, cleanable synthetic fibre filters, casing, coil piping connections, through copper pipes, condensate drain connections with U trap, factory fitted valve package with PIBCV valve station along with thermostat and sensors, wiring, control wiring in conduit upto thermostat boxes. Necessary copper coil piping connections shall be provided. FCU shall be provided with 1.25mm thick stainless steel extended drain pan with 13mm thick aluminium foil faced insulation to ensure the covering of all copper connections and valves. All fan coil units shall be suitable for 230 ± 6% volts, 50 cycles, single phase power supply.Noise level shall be 45 dB (A) at 1 m distance.Fan coil units shall be of following capacities as listed. Ball valves :- 20 mm dia Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of with PN-10 pressure rating ball valve, bronze forged body, chrome plated bronze ball and control level etc. in position complete as per technical specifications with all the necessary mounting accessories as required for complete installation. Insulation shall be similar to pipe size to be considered.

Ball valve with strainer - 20 mm diameter Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of with PN-10 pressure rating ball valve with strainer for chiller water cassette/ hiwall air condition units, bronze forged body, chrome plated bronze ball and control level etc. in position complete as per technical specifications with all the necessary mounting accessories as required for complete installation. Insulation shall be similar to pipe size to be considered.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of valve package of pipe size 25 mm dia with PIBCV valve station along with thermostat and sensors, wiring, control wiring in conduit from valve to air condition unit controller. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all taxes and levis, duties, lead, lift,transpotation, placing, scaffolding, core cutting of required diameter in walls, finishing and minor civil works and nothing shall be paid separately.(Make - Siemens/Honeywell/Danfoss/Cruise/carrier)

Providing and fixing 8 mm calcium silicate board with painting on existing framework including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, joint finisher as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete. Quoted rate shall be including GST, trasportation , lead , lift , scaffolding etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly. Actual area of of calcium silicate board fixed at site be measured for payments.
