UPS OUTGOING PANEL : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel as per following specifications. Drawing, SLD, GA, BOM & specifications should be submitted to IISER Pune for approval before manufactureing of panel.Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 KV, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ panels. The fabrication shall be made with 14 SWG cold rolled sheet with M/C pressing, powder coated. The surface shall be rigorously treated for derusting in 7 tank process with dephosphating & paintingwith at least 2 coats of approved paint. The panel shall be totally enclosed metal clad type with double gasketting with rubber/ resin lining. The panel shall be having control directory pasted inside the panel. Removing, shifting, transport, storage of existing Utility panel ( size : 2000 x 500 x 2400 mm ). Work includes required labour, hoist, tools and lifting equipments etc. Extrime care should be taken during handling of panel to avoide any accedent.

Removing & Refixing of existing Vertival type DB with its all accessories and MCBs / MCCBs on surface as required. Scope of work includes, shifting , removing, refixing with rewiring of Dbs with existing wires and cable, fixing of MCBs & MCCBs, makeing good as per site condition. Measurement will be done on actual reinstallation of Dbs. Removing, shifting, storage of DBs are in scope of agency for this item. During removing of any item from site, nothing should be damaged in such manner to become unserviable. etc complete as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid separately.
