The bidder should have prior work experience in the field of Civil Engineering Construction, specifically in works similar to the project being tendered, with the experience being of works executed in India only. The experience will be considered only if the completion certificate is supported with copies of corresponding TDS certificates in case of private sector work experience. If the work experience is of a joint venture or consortium, the experience will be considered in proportion to the value of work of the bidder as per the executed joint venture or consortium agreement. The bidder should submit details of at least one similar work completed. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder's experience is evaluated based on the similar nature of work done during the last seven years, with a maximum of 20 marks for this criterion. The bidder's available solvency should be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidding capacity should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender.
