To be considered, bidders must have experience completing similar work within the last seven years. There are three options to meet this requirement: * Option A: Three similar completed works, each valued at no less than Rs. 280 Lakhs (Non-MSEs) or Rs. 238 Lakhs (MSEs). * Option B: Two similar completed works, each valued at no less than Rs. 350 Lakhs (Non-MSEs) or Rs. 298 Lakhs (MSEs). * Option C: One similar completed work valued at no less than Rs. 560 Lakhs (Non-MSEs) or Rs. 476 Lakhs (MSEs). "Similar completed work" is defined as successfully completing "Any Building Works involving framed structure in RCC" under a single contract in an Oil and Gas Plant, Petrochemical Plant, Chemical Industries Plant, Power Plant, or Fertilizer Plant in India. The value of completed work should be adjusted to the current costing level by increasing the actual value by a simple rate of seven percent per annum, calculated from the completion date to the bid opening date. The amounts listed above are basic values, exclusive of all taxes.
