Providing and laying in position protective layer of 6 mm thick. HDPE cellular foam sheet on existing flooring including a separation layer of plastic/Paper in between, mixing, pouring & maintaining the same till completion of respective work, removing and cleaning the same after completion of work, disposal of debris outside the premises etc. complete.

Providing and fixing working platform at height of 10 feet or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge so as to protect the below working space area. The platform to be created with structural steel, MS pipes and 19 mm wooden planks or 19 mm ply board to create false floor and covering up complete platform cover with nylon dust net as required. Removing it after completion of the work, cleaning the area etc. complete. The platform shall be capable for bearing of load of manpower movement, material, loos concrete for during the breaking and repairing of slab - Internal work.

SAFETY NET:- Providing and installing suitable double nylon net horizontally with a mesh size of 25mm provided at 4 mt. height from the podium top level around the buildings up to a distance of minimum 3 mt. from the edge of the building in all sides to arrest falling objects causing accidents and offer protection to the objects and people below. Net to be provided at the First floor level of the building height.

TUBULAR PROPPING:- Supporting the structural element temporarily using heavy duty flat headed steel props of minimum capacity 3 Ton and having height of up to 16 feet erected vertically in plumb, braced horizontally and diagonally at centre with each other’s using 40 NB steel pipes and supporting a continuous 4” x 3” wooden runner just below the structural element, resting on wooden block to support the structure provisionally during repair and jacketing etc. and maintaining them in position till required as directed by the Consultant (mode of measurement as per prop per repetition).

PLYWOOD PROTECTION (AS PER REQUIREMENT):- Providing and fixing 6 mm thk. Plywood covering on windows and other utilities/flooring, etc. to protect them from falling debris etc. complete and removing the same after completion of the work. Contractor must use the plywood boards multiple times. The labour and basic hardware charges for removal and refixing at multiple locations shall be included in the quoted rates. Measurements and payments shall be made only on the basis of actual area of plywood boards procured for use on site. (Repetition in use shall not be paid for separately)

Removing the existing internal/external cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. complete.

Dismantling the R.C.C. Work and sorting out the materials such as steel etc. as directed and stacking them within the specified lead as directed etc. complete.

RUST REMOVER:- Apply Alkaline based rust remover FEOVERT / RUST GUARD (or equivalent) to the exposed reinforcement, wash with water jet 4 hrs. after this application. After 24 hours clean the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper. Then apply a passivating coat "passivator" and cement slurry in 1:1 proportion to the chemically derusted surface of steel. Repeat the same coat after 4 hours of first coat.

ANTI CORROSIVE TREATMENT:- Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by IPNET RB Application of two coats of IPNET RB (CBRI Know how) on expose reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be by brush. (Mode of measurement- per SQFT of breaking area of concrete)

CORROSION INHIBITOR:- Providing and applying 2 coats of EPCO-KP-100 / CORROGUARD concrete penetrating hi-tech corrosion inhibitor system that works on the Bipolar Inhibition Mechanism (B. I. M.). B. I. M. inhibits corrosion of steel in concrete at the poles, cathodic & anodic simultaneously on concrete surface. (Mode of measurement- per SQFT of breaking area of concrete).

CORROSSION INHIBITING CAPLETS:- Insertion of sustained release Corrosion inhibiting caplets which protect both anodic & cathodic sites and reduces Corrosion potential Ecorr by minimum 80 mV in conductive medium, by drilling 20 mm holes into the concrete at a depth of 25 mm and inserts to be filled by polymer cement Putty. Spacing of capsules shall be- a) For RCC Columns- 1 Unit/ RMT from two opposite faces in staggered fashion b) For RCC Beams- 1 Unit/RMT from two faces in staggered fashion c) RCC Slab- In 1mx1m grid, four units shall be inserted.

POLYMER MODIFIED MORTAR:- Average built up thickness of 25mm thick. Repairing of damaged RCC members like columns, beams, slabs at all levels and lifts etc. by Ready to Use polymer repair mortar MOLITH PMM / DR FIXIT POLYMER MORTAR HB (or equivalent) including providing and applying bonding coat EPIBOND 21 / BOND GUARD in required proportion (as per manufacturer's recommendations) in layers.

MICROCONCRETE:- Providing and laying free flow, self compacting, ready to use micro concrete -MOLITH MC (or equivalent by Dr Fixit / Asian Paints) in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc. including waterproof ply wood/ steel plate shuttering, staging and supporting, pouring, temping, Consolidating, curing etc. complete as per Manufacturer's specification and Consultants Instructions. The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete. Rate includes application of EPIBOND 21 prior to pouring of micro concrete.

SHEAR CONNECTORS:- P/F 150mm long sheer connectors made out of 8 mm dia. TMT bars of ISI Make in "L" shape (100 mm vertical length and 50 mm horizontal) duly applied with rust passivator of approved make and fixing the same wherever required/directed including drilling hole in RCC minimum 50 mm depth and filling the same by FISHER FIS-360 grout or equivalent approved manufacturer before inserting sheer connector all as per specification of FISHER.

TMT STEEL BAR:- Providing and fixing in position TMT steel bar reinforcement of various diameters at all levels for RCC slab, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, chajjas, lintels, pardies, coping, fins, arches etc. as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires etc. complete (New Main bars actual length will be paid).

RE-BAR ANCHORING:- Reinforcement for rebaring including anchoring with fisher FIS-360 or equivalent approved make. Providing and fixing in position TISCO/SAIL or any other approved ISI make reinforcement of any dia. For rebarring including cutting, bending, binding with steel binding wire, bending, hooking, anchoring etc. and fixing in concrete by making drilling in RCC minimum 10 times the dia. of bars, cleaning the holes, injecting FISURE FIS-360 or equivalent approved manufacturer for fixing of reinforcement rebars including all T&P all complete as directed.

EXTERNAL PLASTER (Patch repairs):- 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.

DASH COAT PLASTER / CHAT COAT PLASTER:- Applying Dash coat over broken bricks using Ready mix plaster of Ultratech / Roofit / Silico Plast where the brick masonry is extensively damaged and the thickness of plaster exceeds 25 mm or as per instructions of consultant.

INTERNAL PLASTER (Patch repairs):- Providing and applying Ready mix internal plaster of Ultratech / Roofit / Silico Plast of 12-15 mm thk plaster in single coat to concrete members / brick work etc. of Internal wall facades, Plater finish to suit further surface treatment.

CHICKEN MESH:- P/F PVC Chicken wire mesh (18 gauge) to be fixed to junction of brick wall to RCC members including nailing cutting, wastage etc. wherever required.

SEPERATION JOINTS SEALING:- Providing & sealing separation cracks between RCC and brick work by cutting grove on both sides crack along the length by electrically operated groove cutter Breaking / removing plaster & loose mortar (up to 75mm depth) in the area between two grooves by chiselling, washing by drinking water to make it dust free surface. Hammering 10 to 20 mm size aggregates in the crack as directed, sealing the crack with ready mix polymer modified cementitious mortar upto 50 mm depth in two layers as described above.

GROUTING : Thermoset Polymer IN ALL RCC MEMBERS INCLUDING LIFT PITS, TANK WALLS ETC.:- Grouting/ Flooding Injecting low viscosity high molecular weight thermoset polymer Monopol by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, including Mixing of materials: Mixing material components part a and part b in required quantities as per mfg instruction by weigh batching Grouting: Fill the grouting gun with monopol .Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor maintain the pressure at exit (3 to 4 kg/Cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements still its refusal. Seal the nozzle with EPCO 1010 putty after the refusal. Monitor leakages through other nozzles while grouting and seal them as per the requirement.

GROUTING : ALL RCC MEMBERS:- Drilling and fixing PVC nozzles in RCC members, including Drilling Holes 12 mm dia., 50 to 75 mm deep holes in structural members in staggered manner or as directed by consultants in RCC member. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by Air Blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of nozzles: Insert 12 mm dia. PVC nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying cement putty to ensure complete sealing and grouting it with polymer and cement flowable grout OF Fosroc / Dr. Fixit/ Roff / BASF/ krishna conchem/ constro chem etc. as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs. cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

CHAJJA REPAIR & CHEMICAL COATING:- Removing of existing layer of water proofing treatment and Providing & laying brick bat coba water proofing treatment on chajja’s top / Balcony top with 65 mm average thickness with small brick finished with joint less water proofing layer in CM 1:4 mixed with approved polymer/ waterproofing compound in recommended ratio as per manufacturer's specifications / recommendations of average 25 mm to 30 mm thick finished smooth with cement slurry & making thin lines into 300x300 mm false squares with minimum 6 mm thick cottonline150mmx150mm watta carried along with the wall with throating at the junction of the wall and Watta top curing, cleaning, applying bond coat of polymer and cement for proper bonding as directed etc. complete.

BREAKING & RE-CONSTRUCTING BRICK WORK:- Dismantling & demolishing of Brick Wall of any thickness carefully for isolating the column, beam, slab for its repairing including carting away debris to contractor's own dump outside the compound including all statutory permissions complete as directed. Providing and laying brick masonry wherever required & found necessary in cement mortar 1:4 with first class bricks/ light weight block to match the original structure, complete with finishing, raking out joints etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M25 CONCRETE -COLUMNS/ BEAMS:- Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade M25, conforming to (IS 456) with minimum cement content and maximum water cement ratio as per IS or as specified by Structural Consultant including using approved quality admixtures ,polypropylene fibres (when specified), addition of concrete penetrating corrosion inhibiting admixture-EPCO-KP 200 and placed either with pump/manual/lift for all heights including vibrating, consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings, including dewatering, cost of formwork, shuttering, centering, staging etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

SHUTTERING FOR JACKETING / CASTING IN SITU CONC:- Centering, shuttering including strutting, propping etc. including shuttering for curved portion and removal of form work for columns, beams, slabs, chajjas or any other place by using 12 mm thick Waterproof Ply / steel plates coated with shuttering oil for pouring concrete to strengthen existing members or cast new RCC members etc. complete. shuttering shall be slurry tight etc. complete.

EXCAVATION:- Excavation for foundation earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material lifting, stacking and spreading as directed, normal dewatering etc. complete.

DISMANTLING - GYPSUM FALSE CEILING/LIGHTS:-Removing of Gypsum based false ceiling and Gypsum modular false ceiling including all G.I. framing and its support from slab.

Providing and fixing of new Gypsum False Ceiling suspended false ceiling consisting of 12.5 mm thick Gypsum plaster board suspended on G.I. framework with staggered joints. G.I. framework to consist of G.I. perimeter channels 0.55 mm thick 20mm x 30 mm along perimeter of false ceiling of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with nylon sleeves and screws @ 600mm c/c. Suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 0.9 mm thick 45 mm x 15 mm from the soffit at maximum distance 1220 mm c/c with ceiling angle 0.55 mm thick 25 mm x 10 mm fixed to soffit using proprietary supplied G.I. cleats and steel expansion fasteners. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of providing support G.I. framework, T.W. Framework for receiving decorative light fixtures formed of perimeter channels for fixing light fixtures, AC grills/diffusers etc. Also, to provide concealed perimeter channel support as required to support modular grid ceiling sections at junction between Gyp board false ceiling and modular grid tile ceiling, complete as per directions & drawings of Architect. (3-4 feet height from ceiling bottom RCC slab). The rate shall be quoted according to the restoration of existing false ceiling design and moulding.

Removing of existing steel panel based false ceiling including G.I. framing and its support from slab.

Removing and re-fixing of existing lights and fittings from false ceiling including support from slab & safely kept in the identified location for refitting including cabling and termination, light details are given below:-

PAINTING WORKS

APPLYNG ASIAN PAINTS/BERGER/DR. FIXIT/AKZONOBEL ELASTOMERIC WATERPROOF PAINT:-Providing & applying two coats of approved shade of High Build, protective, elastomeric, waterproof, exterior grade wall coating of Approved make with crack bridging property of 2 mm minimum, with 10 years of paint performance warranty + min.10 years of water proof warranty, over one coat of approved base coat as recommended by manufacturer ove one coat of pre treatment coat and conforming to IS 7290, BS 3900, IS 2508 & IS 5813 including preparing surfaces, removing all loose material, fungus, vegetation, Algae, dirt, old paint, etc. mechanically, wire brushing and washing the entire surface by jet pressure pump, opening all cracks and filling the cracks first with waterproof sealant compound (Asian Paints / Dr. Fixit Crack - X powder/ paste or Roff or equivalent applied as recommended by manufacturer) and then applying a coat of polymer at least 24 hours prior to the application of base coat of specified coating at all levels & locations & curing, including cost of double / single leg BAMBOO scaffolding, cost of all materials & labour, and surface preparation as per Manufactures specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Four Coat System consisting of: TWO coats of Apex Ultima Protek By Asian Paints, over a one coat of Dura Life Base Coat, over one coat of smart care primero complete as per manufacturers specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying one extra coat of undiluted base coat of approved make i.e. Dura Life Base Coat by Asian Paints or one extra coat of Raincoat classic by Dr. FixIt or equivalent, after undertaking surface preparation and application of primer coat as described above. Payment for Surface preparation and application of primer shall be paid under item No. 1 above.

Providing and applying luxury emulsion paint with Teflon surface protector on internal wall surface including surface preparation by applying two coats of suitable wall primer, wall putty and two coats of paint by brush application etc. complete (Preferred makes: Asian paint and Berger) - Internal wall.

ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL (ACP)

Carefully Removing ACP sheet/ structural glazing DGU (6-12-6) panel from Building facade and keep in safe place so that same panels can be refixed. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and tools, including elevating work platforms, to safely access and remove the panels. All removed ACP panels associated waste shall be disposed of in compliance with local environmental regulations which was not being used in the refixing of existing panel.

Dismantling and refixing of existing aluminium/steel/GI brackets and frames of ACP/structural glazing DGU (6-12-6), including careful stacking within 50 metres in a safe location and refixing after completion of repair works. The work shall include the provision of all necessary fasteners and screws. In case of any damage during removal or refixing, new aluminium/steel/GI brackets and frames (Size: matching with the existing frame/bracket) shall be provided and fixed by the contractor at no extra cost. All expenses related to such damages shall be borne by the contractor and GRID-INDIA shall not be liable to pay any additional amount.

Refixing of existing ACP sheet/ structural glazing DGU (6-12-6) panel which was removed during repairing work including necessary fasteners, screws and sealants to properly seal the joints.

MISCLANEOUS PLUMBING WORKS

Removal of the old pipes & fittings & Providing and fixing in position PVC pipe (HEAVY) of PRINCE or equivalent approved make and having ISI marking with necessary fixtures and fittings, such as bends, tees, single junction, double junction slotted vent offsets, on wall including clamping, making, holes in wall and filling the same from both sides, patchwork plastering, testing including necessary scaffolding, removing existing pipes and conveying and stacking the same on site or as directed etc. complete. (item includes dismantling of old pipe connections). Fixing new 5" Rainwater water.

Dismantling of wooden panelling and wooden storage of walls and partitions, including supporting members and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Carting away debris per Truck/Tractor: Carting Away the debris generated at site on weekly basis or as required and disposal of the same. Measurement shall be based on one truck load of 4 Cub.m volume each at distance upto 50 km including loading/unloading.
