The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to work of similar type and nature. The bidder must have successfully completed a certain number of works with specific values in the last five financial years. The required experience can be fulfilled in three ways: - Completing three works, each with a value of not less than Rs. 200 lakhs, - Or, completing two works, each with a value of not less than Rs. 250 lakhs, - Or, completing one work with a value of not less than Rs. 400 lakhs. For works carried out in other than Govt./Semi Govt. bodies, the criteria of the amount of single work shall be double the mentioned values. Additionally, the bidder must have satisfactorily executed minimum quantities of certain items, including 57.42 Cum of Cement Concrete M 20 & Above and 8.82 MT of TMT Steel, in any continuous twelve calendar months in the five years prior to the current year and the current year. The bidder must also have a maximum annual turnover of not less than Rs. 500 lakhs in any one year during the last five financial years. The updating of the current cost of works executed earlier is worked out based on a provided table with year-wise cost and updated cost percentages, ranging from 1.00 for the year 2024-2025 to 1.61 for the year 2019-2020.
