The bidder should have experience of executing similar works, which includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated/Budgeted cost, - Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated/Budgeted cost, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated/Budgeted cost. The experience should be from the last 7 years. The similar works are defined as “Annual Repairs and Maintenance of Offices Buildings with or without residential Staff Quarters”. The value of completed works will be considered after enhancing the actual value at a simple rate of 7% per annum from the date of completion to the last date of receipt of the application for the bid document. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover should not be less than 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 consecutive financial years. The bidder is required to submit copies of certificates in respect of execution/completion of similar works to establish eligibility.
