The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products for 3 Years of past experience. 2. Past Performance: 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 2. Self-declaration certificate of the local content for the item offered and the status as Class-I/Class-II/Non-Local supplier. 3. Declaration relating to percentage of local content certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor. 4. Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant Financial year. 5. Manufacturer authorization: Wherever Authorized Distributors are submitting the bid, Manufacturers Authorization Form (MAF)/Certificate with OEM details. 6. Certificate Of Agree For All Terms & Conditions. Additionally, the Local Content requirement values are: - Minimum of 50% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 Local Supplier - Minimum of 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 2 Local Supplier
