Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate (natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, cement content not to be less than150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge ,compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of subgrade surface if required etc .complete. with fully automatic microprocessor-based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. Contractors have to make their own arrangement for potable water for construction/ curing with hessian cloth, etc. & will be not paid separately for it.

Providing & laying M-15 cement concrete for foundation/ encasement/ pavement/ saddle including form work, mixing in non-tilting mechanical mixer (with Weigh Batcher), placing, compacting by internal & surface vibrator, finishing, curing etc. complete as specified and as directed including cement mortar vata, Contractors have to make their own arrangement of potable water for construction/ curing with hessain cloth, etc. & will be not paid separately for it.

Providing & fixing in the carriageway/ footpath Vitrified Ceramic Topping Paver Blocks of size 150 x 150 x 80 mm thick or any approved size in grey or any specified colour or any approved texture on top surface of approved pattern/shape and colour in various colour combination having average crushing strength not less than 50 N/mm² as per technical specification and IS Code 15658:2006 & vitrified topping of 12 to 15 mm. The bottom layer should be 65 to 68 mm thick in grey cement having 12 mm sieve 100% passing aggregate as per technical specification, rested on average compacted thickness 25 mm well graded sand cushioning uniformly compacted with proper capacity mechanical compactor with required level, grade and camber etc. complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 125-micron Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) sheet confirming to IS 3395: 1997 below concrete pavement including all materials and labour complete.

Providing and laying in-situ M40 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared subbase unreinforced Cement Concrete pavement procured from approved R.M.C. plant including use of approved make of plasticizer/ retarder & Contractor's water with ice flakes (if required) and transported by transit mixer and placing at work site. Compacting, finishing, initial curing by approved curing compound and contractors’ water as directed by engineer in charge etc. complete. (w/c ratio 0.4 maximum (MINIMUM CEMENT CONTENT 350 kg/m³) I. PQC - 200 mm (From Chief rector bunglow to Gate no.5)

Removing existing kerb stones, cleaning off old mortar, carting away up to a distance of 2 K.M. and stacking the same as directed by the Engineer.

Removing & resetting kerb stones in 1:2 C.M. on new R.M.C.M-20 C.C. bed 15 cm, thick including filling the joints with 1:2 C.M. pointing, curing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing kerb stones 30 cm.to 40 cm. long., 15 cm. wide, 38 cm. first sort of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss stones deep medium dressed in all exposed surfaces, set in cement mortar 1:2 on a 15 cm. thick and 25 cm. wide RMC M-20 C.C. bed including filling the joints with 1:2 C.M. pointing, curing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of the precast TREE GUARD KERB of M-20 C.C. of height 230mm., width 100mm., Length 400 mm., finished neatly, compacting , curing, formwork etc. including bedding of M-10 C.C. procured from M.C.G.M. approved R.M.C plant,10cm.thick, filling of jointing in C.M. 1:2 and panting the exposed surface with 3 coats of road marking paint, Grade I of approved colours and quality including single coat of approved brand primer including excavation in C.C. ,asphalt etc. as specified and as directed.

Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 mm wide and depth 60mm. .in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 48 hours of casting of bay / slab etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 mm. wide at top having depth of 15 mm. as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing to contraction joints polysuphide sealent (Pouring grade) confirming to BS: 5212 - 1989 into sawed groove widened at top for sealent reservoir of specified size and shape as per detailed drawing including fixing Polyethylene foam backer rod of required diameter (appraox. 25% larger than the initial 3 m One Metric Tonneo 4 mm. joint) overlaid with bond breaking tape as per detailed drawing. Item includes cleaning the joints with water jet / air compressor and allowing joint to become thoroughly dry before sealent is applied and applying primer. (A) Contraction and longitudinal joints (15 mm. deep x 8 mm. wide).

Excavation for catch / side water gutter in Hard murum and boulder strata to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed.

Providing, laying and fixing, jointing Eco- drain 200 mm SN 4 Nu- Drain Upvc pipes or of equivalent make, manufacture as per EN 13476 or equivalent as per I.S.15328 with fittings such a bends, tees tees, coupler etc, jointing with rubber lubricant including necessary excavation, trench refilling with selective excavated material etc. complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. pardi of required thickness including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compacting , curing , finishing and roughening them if special finish is to be provided and curing complete.(Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic microprocessor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Providing and fixing FRP moulded grating cover of size 606 mm x 1206 mm x 40 mm with frame over chamber and along the drain including channel frame along the drain etc. complete.

Raising or lowering circular manholes to the required level upto 20 cm. including all material, form work etc. with 16 cm. thick cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4) c.c. coping under frame and cover of manhole, including curing etc. Complete as specified and as directed

Raising or lowering rectangular manholes to the required level upto 30 cm. including all materials, form work, brick work and with 16 cm. thick M-15 C.C. coping under frame & cover of manhole including curing etc. complete, as specified and as directed.

Providing and constructing Brick Masonry Inspection Chamber 90cm x 45cm x 90cm including 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation 1:2:4 cement concrete channels half round G.S.W. pipes, Brick Masonry, plastering from inside and C.I. lid cover of 75 Kilogram with lid and frame fixed in cement concrete.

Providing and constructing Brick Masonry Inspection Chamber 60cm x 45cm x 90cm including 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation 1:2:4 cement concrete channels half round G.S.W. pipes, Brick Masonry, plastering from inside and airtight C. I. cover of 75 Kilogram with lid and frame fixed in cement concrete.

Providing and laying concrete pipes of I.S.NP. class of 300mm diameter in proper line, level and slope including necessary collars, excavation, laying, fixing with collars in cement mortar 1:1 and refilling the trench complete.

Fixing random rubble masonry first sort of trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss/jamba stones in cement mortar1:6 in external walls of plinth including bailing out water manually, racking out joints when pointing is to be done and striking joints from inside including watering etc. Complete.

Providing stones/rubbles first sort of trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss/jamba stones for random rubble masonry etc. Complete. Note- stones will be provided by the client and rebate will be given by the contractor

Providing rough cast cement plaster externally in two coats to concrete, brick or stone masonry surfaces in all positions with base coat of 12 to 15 mm thick in C.M. 1:4 and rough cast treatment 12mm thick in proportion 1:1 1/2:3 including scaffolding and fourteen days curing complete.

Providing neeru finish to plastered surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Providing applying Yellow & Black or any other approved colour road marking paint grade–Iin3-coats including single coat of approved brand primer after cleaning of old surface of kerb stone with brushing by wire brush as per relevant I.S. codes to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards in circular shape of 600 mm Dia made out of 3mm aluminium composite material ( ACM) sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C ( Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) having pressure sensitive /heat activated adhesive retroreflective specified back ground, border and back side retroreflective symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67- 2012 Table No 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. of M. S. angle iron post of size 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm, 3.45 m long, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including G.I. fixtures etc; fixing the boards in M25 grade concrete block of size 60cm X 60cm X 75cm including transportation etc; complete. Class C (Type XI Micro prismatic grade sheeting) shall have 10 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen-printed areas and cutout sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor /supplier.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area less than 0.9 square meter made out of 4mm aluminium sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retroreflective specified back ground, border and back side retroreflective symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67 2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on one no. mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including GI fixtures and transportation etc. complete. The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance.
