Providing antitermite treatment to the sides of flooring of the existing building as per I.S. 6313 (Part-III) by punching holes 6mm dia. drilled at a distance of 30cm. centre to centre and injecting one percent of chlorodane emulsion concentrate at the rate of 50 ml per hole and sealing by filling putty etc. complete covering 2 years guarantee on bond paper.

Providing antitermite treatment around the periphery of the existing building as per I.S. 6313 (Part-III) by excavating trenches of 20cm width and exposing the sides of columns and plinth beams upto a depth of 300mm and injecting one percent of chlorodane emulsion concentrate at the rate of 2.25 litres per Rmt and refilling the trenches etc. complete covering 2 years guarantee on bond paper.

Supply and installations of wooden sports flooring as per specifications and conditions mentioned below: Wooden Squash court flooring approved By WSF (World Squash Federation). Supply of 20mm thick WSF certify Hard wood Squash court flooring of Second or Third & Better Grade jointed together with tongue and groove on all four sides of all boards. Substructure of WSF approved wood shall consist of Softwood batten, Substructure of wooden flooring shall consist of sleeper of Spruce or Pine having 60- 65mm wide and cross section of 38-40 mm thick and batten laid perpendicular to the main flooring planks at a spacing 300mm centre to centre, including 9.5 mm thick rubber shock pads at 300mm centre to centre spacing and all four sides of the wooden floor should be finished with aluminium lining, polyethylene membrane installed over the concrete base, beneath the flooring system as a vapour barrier between the concrete and wood floor. GYM FINISH Machine sanding, Two coat of oil modified Poly urethane Gym sealer and one coats of oil modified Poly urethane Gym sports finish in accordance with manufacturer specification, AND Game line marking in accordance with manufacturers specifications and project drawings etc complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
