The formula for this is: Bid Capacity = 10% of Total Contract Value Additionally, the bid capacity required for each district can also be calculated as follows: 1. Rs. 30 Lac for one district of group A and in multiple of Rs. 30 Lac for each additional district of group A. 2. Rs. 40 Lac for one district of group B and in multiple of Rs. 40 Lac for each additional district of group B. 3. Rs. 50 Lac for one district of group C and in multiple of Rs. 50 Lac for each additional district of group C. 4. Rs. 60 Lac for one district of group D and in multiple of Rs. 60 Lac for each additional district of group D.
