For example, if the bidder is bidding for 1 district of group D with a value of Rs. 40 crore, then the experience with the government department from the supply and transportation of food grains and pulses in the financial year 2022-23 and 2023-24 should be an average of 10% of Rs. 103 crore, which is Rs. 10.30 crore. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) should also be deposited online, with the amount being a multiple of the above values based on the number of districts the bidder is submitting a bid for.
