Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1Kilogramper cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc.complete.

Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as "Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc", having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made up of 4 mm aluminum composite pannel sheet with 0.5 mm skin thickness on either side bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B (Type IV High intensity micro- prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive adhesive.
