Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised informatory sign board rectangular/Square in shape having area greater than 0.9 One Square Meterr made out of 4mm aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class C (Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per IRC:67-2012 Table No 8.3, supported with back support frame 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, duly painted on back side with two coats of grey stove enamel paint and supported on two no. mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 3.5 mt long firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing The angle iron post shall be duly painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy finish paints having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including GI fixures and transportation etc.complete.The nut bolts of board with angle iron post/supporting structure after fixing at site has to be electrically welded. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) sheeting shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.

Providing and fixing heavy duty inter locking concrete RUBBER MOULD GLOSSY PAVING BLOCKS of 60 millimeter thickness of having a strength of 400 Kilogram/sq.m of approved quality and shape on a bed of crushed sand of 25 to 30 millimeter thick including striking joints and cleaning etc. complete. EXCAVATION - Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. GARDEN SOIL - Supplying on site garden soil well sieved 80% to pass through I.S. sieve of 10mm size free from stones rubbish like dried grass roots an other such materials. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The color of the soil generally is red. The soil will be measured by measuring box. (Farma) Item includes Transporting, Loading unloading etc. (Lead charges per 25km. considered excluding royalty)

Supplying on site well decomposed Farm Yard Manure for excavation area of depth of 30 cms. (consolidated thickness)

Providing on site well established (Free from weeds / diesease etc.) ready to fix lawn turf in slabs / rolls of required variety as directed.

Excavation for planting lawn / shrub / flower bed / hedges / edges / canna bed in earth, soil of all types, soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 mtrs. for a depth of 20 cms.

Filling fresh garden soil / silt and manure in excavated area of depth 30cms.

Mixing garden soil / silt and manure thoroughly well, watering previous night. Planting required plant species, lawn grass as directed etc. complete for required depth 30 cms. for planting lawn / shrub / flower bed / hedges / edges / canna bed / ground cover. (1/10 of semi skilled labour)

Maintainance of newly developed lawn area for first 30 days only (Paspallum / selection)

Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete.

Royalty Charges-MURUM, RUBBLE- as per revenue and forest departments gazette No.146 Dt.4 June 2021, as per Instruction in SSR 2022-2023, Section A-General notes-V, Page No. 3 for the year 2022-2023 for Items of lime, stone, lime shell, stones, rubble, stone dust, shingles, graval, murum, kankar and ordinary clay, ordinary earth (to be used for embankment and filling) slate and shell etc.
