The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last five years. The similar work experience can be in one of the following forms: 1. Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For specific components in the project, the experience required is as follows: 1. Sewer Network: Minimum Diameter – 125 MM, Length – 420 M. 2. Sewage Pumping Main: Minimum Diameter – 125 MM, Length – 250 M. 3. Sewage Treatment Plant: Experience of similar nature of work successfully carried out in a single work with a minimum of 50% of the tendered capacity. 4. Pumping Station with Pumps: Similar nature of work in a single project. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of Rs. 146 (in crores) in the year 2021-22. The maximum value of engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years is Rs. 146 (in crores). The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 146 (in crores) in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have completed a minimum of 70-80% of the similar works in the last five years. The bidder should have a minimum experience of 5-7 years in the construction industry. The bidder should have completed a minimum of 5-7 similar works in the last five years. For the lead partner and other partners in a joint venture, the required prior work experience includes: - Annual Turnover from Construction - Particular construction experience - Financial capability to meet cash flow requirement of subject contract – not less than 50% of the respective limits prescribed in case of individual contractors For other partner: - Same as for lead partner except that for the factors specified, a lower limit of 25% may be accepted instead of 50%. The net worth of the bidder should be 8% of the tender cost for continues 3 years from the financial year in which the bidder desires to take the work. The bidder should have a minimum working capital of 20-25% of the tender cost.
